Just Screw It

I used the landscaping part of this business- “Just clip it” and would suggest AVOID AT ALL COST!
The job ended up costing far more than estimated and the quality of the work was appalling. Lack of communication, care, attention to detail as well as lack of basic knowledge about plants and gardens were all factors in the substandard outcome I experienced.
I don’t normally post reviews but feel so strongly about wanting to warn others about this company!

I used just screw it for a few jobs that needed to be done, the whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy, customer service was fantastic and the quality of work was very high for a fair price.

From beginning to the end the service has been absolutely terrible. Be careful of the quoting process as the estimate and actual cost is a joke. Supervision not to be seen! Left rubbish on site and they still haven’t returned to collect it! Do yourself a favour and do not go with these guys trust me. Be patient and find the right company for you

Called about wanting to get a quote on my garden that needs to be landscaped, the person on the phone SHOUTED "I DONT HAVE TIME" and slammed the phone down.

Excellent tradies and project was on time and under budget. Very impressive and highly recommend Just Screw it for your next small or large project!

The team arrived on time, were friendly and hardworking, and trustworthy. The end result was exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with the end result.

My old home has turned into a beautiful home, thanks to these guys. Sheds and years (and years) of rubbish removed, new floors, a new door leading out to a new pergola, as well as a sudden retaining wall when the old fence was replaced. I really can't recommend them enough. Looked after by Colin and Mahani. Very happy with how it's all turned out. There were some extra expenses, but being an old home with some many hidden problems, I wasn't really surprised.

I've been trying to find help like this for years. The Just Group is fabulous, hands on, quote on the spot, turn up on time, complete the work just like you wanted. Definitely use them from now. Fabulous!

The expectations set by Chad during the quoting process was not delivered by the project manager or work man. JSI claims to use expert contractors for each task but we had a carpenter doing all the tasks including plastering and painting.
Communication was terrible and the quality of work was poor and we had to complain repeatedly to get the work fixed to even an acceptable standard.
Every day we received an estimation of what work would be completed that day and everyday we were disappointed.

Great customer service, fast & accurate estimation and detailed carpentry work. That's what I expected.

These guys keep putting unsolicited mail in my letterbox

I told them to stop a few times and they just have just ignored me,
They don't see the problem it seems.

Use them if this is the type of business you want to hire.
But it's obvious they have no respect for me and my family
so they probably won't have any respect for you either.

Paid the deposit and the first day they come to do the job the cost blows out. Don't use these guys, the name says it all.

I knew this company from a mailbox dropping. From the initial chat we had through to the completion of my renovations, they have been excellent to deal with. I was surprised that they had done everything on time with reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chad and his team to anyone.

Just Screw It have a team of pros that just turn up and do the work as agreed to and will also make helpful suggestions to improve the end result which I liked. Happy to recommend them.
