73I recently bought a Mazda 2 from Mazda Alexandria My previous car I'd had for 20 years and it wasn't new when I bought it! I know virtually nothing about cars. Over a six month period I came into the dealership, did test drives, asked numerous questions and eventually settled on the Mazda 2. The team at Mazda were great - particularly Pashupati Josi (Pash for short) and Nick the Sales Manager. The service was great - they answered all my questions, gave me sound advice and I never felt pushed into buying. Six week post purchase service was also a very professional, seamless experience. Love my Mazda 2 and recommend Mazda Alexandria if you are thinking about buying a Mazda.
I keep on bringing my car back to the dealership who sold me the vehicle. It is the quality of the team and the personalised service which sets Alexandria Mazda from the rest of the pack. The quality was again reinforced following an unexpected breakdown- I can not praise the service department (especially Anthony) for how responsive they were to get me back on the road.

Could not recommend Mazda Alexandria enough! Fantastic customer experience from the beginning and right through to the very end. Recently purchased a Ute for my partner and needed a lot of 3rd party accessories fitted, Alexandria team went above and beyond to over-communicate with me the progress of the vehicle which made me feel at extreme peace that the vehicle was in the right hands.
Big big shout out for Pash who drove this experience, such a pleasure to work with. Another shout out to Dominec and Augustine who contributed to the overall seamless experience.
Had our cx30 with Paul, which is super friendly and helpful. He try his best to help us on all of the questions. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
We had our first purchase of a CX-5 in 2015 when it was still called John Newell Mazda. When it was time to buy a new car, we decided to go back to the dealership. It was a seamless process from negotiation to delivery. Promised lead time was adhered to. Paul Wu was very attentive to our needs and delivered on what he promised. I'd recommend Alexandria Mazda if you're looking for high quality customer service. Zoom zoom!
Always a a great experience here when servicing. They did try to add items to the service which increased the cost of service that was quoted over the internet but this today seems to be a standard practice servicing at dealerships.
DAMAGED MY CAR, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, RUDE STAFF, NOT FIXED.
Brought my car in for one logbook service - came back with TWO issues on my car from this dealership.
1st issue - had a commander switch with minor peeling when i brought it in, someone at the dealership thought it was OK to peel it completely off and make it MUCH worse, noticed the eye-sore right away after pickup, brought it up with the manager who took zero accountability for the damage and would rather argue that you did it.which makes no sense, the car was left at the dealership overnight and issue was brought up right after pickup - it could only have been damaged at the dealership by staff there and definitely not by accident (see photos). Ended with me purchasing a whole replacement module at my own cost.
2nd issue - During same service, they replaced my front brake pads with OEM MAZDA brake pads. These brakes have since squealed excruciatingly loud from installation at the dealership. Hoping it was only temporary - 6 months in and the squeal has only gotten worse. Brought it in 3x times where they only machined and chamfered the brake pads (temporary fix, only few days before bad again). Dealership would rather brush it off as "OPERATIONAL" instead of offering a solution. Come on, can't seriously believe this is operational.listen to it, Had two independent mechanics check the squeal beforehand, both of which had said this is not right and to bring it back to Mazda. Even the mazda mechanic at the dealership told me OEM mazda brake pads were known to have an issue and non-OEM was better, knowing the issue why do you sell this to your customers. It was one of the worst dealerships I have ever come across in any country, in NSW. If it was possible, I would have given a negative star. Gave my car for service and warranty claim, 3 days later received my car back with scratches and warranty item not fixed. Even the oil warning wasn't reset, I can only hope they changed the oil. Be careful dealing with them.
I will say please save yourself from the dealership as they tend be always blame the customer for their own faults.
I will be presuming the matter elsewhere as the offensive and aggressive dealership wasted my time.
I had a perfect experience changing some parts.
Mareen got the parts from Melbourne in 20h and Thomas fixed the car in 10min.
That's what makes mazda costumer so happy. Highly recommend
John is very good and patient. Gave us all the time in the world to inspect the BMW they had, yes they do used cars too.
Pretty disappointed in their customer service. I live a block away and was keen on purchasing a car on the day. I was completely dismissed by a few of their floor staff in both the main showroom and the second hand showroom. When I finally did get help, the salesman seemed disinterested and arrogant, as if he was doing me a favour. Ended up going all the way to Hornsby and found a completely opposite experience purchasing my new car within an hour.
My daughter got her first ever car service done at Alexandria Mazda and Dawson the service team member was amazing. Definitely a positive great experience for her. Keep up the good service Alexandria Mazda.
Jake and the team at Mazda Alexandria are a class above the rest. As a returning customer, Jake has always been extremely professional and helpful. Unlike fast-food-like Toyota dealerships, this dealership still retains the good old customer service that is slowly disappearing in retail. If I didn't know any better, I would think I was at Rolls or Bentley. Highly recommend!
Quality dealer in both Used and New Cars. Just recently bought a Mazda 3 and the transition from the old to new car was so seemless it took only 3 days till pickup.
Special shoutout to Darren Walters as he was an excellent salesman - extremely professional and facilitated an easy transition between cars. (We traded in another)
I would highly recommend this dealership and the people within. Will be back if I ever want to upgrade to a CX-5 etc in the future.

Very poor customer service. The sales person was very arrogant, and almost rude. I went there to check out on one Golf, I booked the test drive as well, and he was like if you don't buy you can't test drive the car, as I will sell today for sure, have other people coming in to see it. We felt pushed out from Mazda show room. Well, all I can say, I was thinking of buying brand new Mazda as we need two cars, but that will not happen anymore, you guys should change sales person.
