Got talked out of Broil King for a Napoleon. It’s rubbish, should have stayed with Weber. Agree with other reviews that in hindsight, not impartial view and driven by commission. Can’t wait for my new bbq to break to get a new one, will definitely.not go back to Joe’s or their sister company Tucker!

Disappointing visit, was hoping to get some impartial advice on a range of bbqs but all they wanted to speak about was beefeater, leads me to believe that is their biggest commission.

Ordered a BBQ on 1 December and have had zero communication as to when delivery will occur. Multiple attempts to contact and confirm but they are yet to reply.

Ordered a new 750 dollar bbq on the 18th of October, today 24th November still have not received it, have rang 3 times, same answer it's on it's way, not happy, just want what I paid for time to contact an ombudsmen.

Ordered a bbq part online from Joes BBQ’s. They sent the wrong part to what I ordered on the website.
I replied to the order confirmation email as informed if there are any issues. I got a reply requesting me to send a photo of the unit and to confirm what part I was after.
I did that three times and never got a reply. They even sent a read receipt. Ended up cutting my losses and ordering from another company.

Great service. Great price. Had full expectations that I'd have to pop back to grab a cover I'd ordered when I bought my Traeger.pleasantly surprised when it arrived on my front door. Thank you!

Amazing show room, its massive so it was good to first check out a couple of items before purchase. I cant stand buying blind! Staff was friendly and helped me out as i needed it.

A bit slow on making contact even after they saw me standing and looking at parts. But upon contact very good to deal with and when I returned with a problem the next day that was unclear as to whose responsibility it was they replaced it for me. Cant ask fro more than that and will be back.

Had my credit card waiting to buy a spare part, was told that the lady who does spare parts sales would call me back.
Never received that call and spent my money with another company who were very professional.
These guys have a lot to learn about customer service.

Went in to look for a heater as it was on there website. And I was waiting at the counter as the staff member was busy on the computer and ignored me. Once I got acknowledged after 5 minutes of trying to get there attention I was told these fires are next door in tucker. Even though they’re on there website. I left and went to home gas to purchase my fireplace.

Bigg Bugg arrived with paint damage. Not a problem - replacement sent via warranty. Excellent product price and customer service from Jack second to none.

Great service and a very big range of BBQs and accessories. Carry good level of spare parts on hand and prices are reasonable.
