Responded to my request promptly even tho im in south australia. Product come very quick with no delay. Better than a certain place i went in store too here they told me to go to bunnings who didnt have what i wanted. I know your in nsw but if i can get help from you again i will thank you very much

There was a small glitz in the beginning but joes fixed the problem and stayed in contact. Excellent product and customer service, highly recommend them.

Originally purchased an OONI Koda 12 Bundle. A couple of days later I decided to upgrade to an OONI Koda 16 however the Koda 16 was not sold as a bundle. Spoke to Dan via the online chat function. He was able to create a bundle with the Koda 16 which equated to approx $300 more then the Koda 12 Bundle - absolute score IMO. This was able to be arranged by Dan within the day. I was able to pay the difference online and have my order shipped out the next day. I live in Melbourne but I will be sure to refer any friends/family to Joe's BBQ for their BBQ needs. Thanks Dan.

I bought an outdoor bbq and a few accessories from here, went back a month later to buy more accessories and the sales man said can’t get the parts, when I queried it he than said they don’t make them. I showed him a picture in his website and then he said you should buy it off the internet i couldn’t be bothered ordering it in. Happy to take your money for the big purchases but after sales service is less than 1 star. Never again.

Friendly Staff and really helpful. They have everything that you can imagine from BBQs to Outdoor Furniture and more. I am really happy with my new BBQ, they really helped me out to choose the right one for me. I do recommend this store.

Best price, delivered for free, months before anyone else could and simply bought, delivered best price big thanks. The kids love the box more than the bbq however.

The store looks like a bomb went off! Staff couldn't find stock and said to go to Bunnings but after spending a few min looking myself I found the product. No sales technique, wasn't asked about any accessories I may need/want. I only went to here because they had stock of the BBQ I wanted.

Stock management can be hard but use it to your advantage and make bulk stacks and Isles out of it all. Stacking it so customers and staff can't get to stock is just hurting sales.

Ok, now 5 stars. Well done on arranging the store to look much better. I can now actually find and get to things.

I rate these blokes really highly - excellent delivery times for online orders and really good follow up from the sales and dispatch people. My experience across 3 orders now has been outstanding.

Fastest delivery ever experienced. Ordered like 10pm at night and it arrived the following afternoon! I was not expecting the parcel to arrive so quickly, especially during these covid times. Oh and it was free delivery! Thanks guys, great service.

Contacted Joe’s Barbecues & Heating regarding the next release in-built Napoleon BBQ, they contacted Napoleon directly and had an answer from them the same day. I can’t express enough how much I am impressed with this kind of service. When the time comes around to purchase my next BBQ, I will definitely be purchasing from this supplier.

Ordered a bbq in April, told latest arrival mid June. Called mid June to get firm date and got told end of august arrival. I think they just collect deposits and sit on the money. Never again, same for their sister company next door.

Place order for BBQ in early January and advised it would arrive early March which I accepted - received order late April six plus weeks over original time frame. After receiving my Order which was for a Natural Gas BBQ - received the Natural Gas Hose and Regulator hooked all together and then find out incorrect Jets fitted to the BBQ 1.05 instead of 1.75. Pretty disappointed after spending over $4K to then have to get additional work by Gas Plumber to correct the BBQ.
