Absolutely disgraceful seating online booking.
5 of us where seated down wards and not next to each other including our 10 year old and the staff could not care less.

Great place for extra-curricular classes. It has greatly helped me advance my acting skills and has helped me land a role in a upcoming production at the centre.

Excellent venue. Nice architecture in modernistic style. We attended spectacles directed to children and adults. Each time left with positive memories.

The scene was set when a monumental 'stuff up' by a dedicated, but dopey, dad ended up with 3 hard fought tickets for the wrong show.
Dad had eagerly bought tickets for darling daughter's dance when they first went on sale only to find out last minute that they were, in fact, tickets for the wrong performance (of course it was his wife that noticed the 'stuff up' just to add injury to insult). Here dad was, faced with not being able to attend his daughter's performance (and having to tell darling daughter that Mum and big brother couldn't attend either).

Cue Angela and her ticketing team riding on their white stallions to the fair maiden's (dad's) rescue by setting aside tickets when they became available on the day of the show and letting him (me!) swap the tickets.

Now this proud (but hapless) father doesn't have to disappoint his daughter through his own ineptitude.

Footnote: the rescue probably won't extend as far as saving Dopey dad from future reminders from darling wife of the time "you bought entirely the wrong tickets! " but that is a story for another day.

Addit: Further to the assistance I received from Angela and the ticketing team, I also received a personal email from the CEO acknowledging my frustration with the stressful process in buying the tickets and the feedback I provided. Again thanks for the personal attention and efforts.

Great night with the Penrith Symphony Orchestra playing a Bellini opera.
Well worth attending and well done singers.

Only performing arts centre in the region. Pretty good facilities however customer service needs an injection of friendliness.

I'm pleased to be supporting supporting local theatre. Each show has unique and most have been first class. Looking forward to The Wharf Review.
