Michelle is an absolute godsend. We have a very chaotic, busy life with 3 kids under 5, and every fortnight our entire family looks forward to her visit… we come home to an immaculate home, with amazing little touches, and we are often delighted with the way she arranges the toys. The house feels absolutely spotless with extra care taken to clean under furniture and in places you can’t see. She’s also just a delightful energy to welcome in to our home. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough

These guys are awesome to deal with, prompt communication, super friendly and very professional, they did an amazing spring clean on my place. I asked the kitchen to be the focus and its absolutely sparkling and smells amazing as does the rest of the my home. Will definitely ask them to help out again!

Michelle has been incredible! I'm so particular about cleaning and when I pay someone else to do it, I expect them to do it at least better than what I would. And Michelle absolutely does this and more. I've had many different cleaners in my time, but she is the best I've had in Sydney!

Where do I even start? Simone and her team are EXCEPTIONAL, I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve had the team working on my home for 2 years now and every single time I come home, it’s like a breath of fresh air, a sense of relief and comfort. They take the utmost care of my home and cater to my individual needs, which is what I love the most. If you need a thorough job, billy with a team who cares then this what you have been looking for. ️️️

Simone does not pay staff, blackmails and disrespects when it’s time for staff to move on from business and although all may seem nice and sweet on the outside is running a very bad business. I do not recommend this business to anyone however the girls running the show are amazing and respect goes to every single one of them that works tirelessly to get this persons business afloat.

Terrible experience with this company. Wouldn’t recommend. The owner was argumentative with me after I sent photos of a shocking clean, and the request for another cleaner. The shower wasn’t cleaned, mirrors not done, kitchen half done, bath tub areas left Uncleaned. Theses were things that I thought would just be included in general clean. Then someone from the booking teams offered us another day and time with another cleaner after much back and fourth, great I thought. I had emailed the bookings lady that day of the clean with information as I wouldn’t be home, they had confirmed the clean. So it was a shock when I returned home and no one had even been to clean our house! I called many times and emailed with no response until later that day when they emailed just saying that the cleaner was sick. They never called me to inform me of this, compete lack of communication. They went on to apologise and said that she would be back for our next clean. I then got a text advising me that due to staffing that no one can do our regular fortnightly clean now. Such a poor experience and a waste of time.

Coming home from a week long hospital stay to a shiny home, sparkling bathrooms, freshly made beds, and the inside of my fridge absolutely out of this world, and special final touches is the most indescribable feeling. Thank you team Jetlag!

Jetlag Remedy is absolutely different from the rest and in the best way possible! We were so lucky to lock in a fortnightly clean and somehow not only is the house SPARKLING when we get home, it smells luxuriously beautiful, and somehow everything feels different, it feels new!

Michelle has a knack with repositioning things just slightly that makes me feel like our home has a better flow and the feng shui is divine. The communication both with Michelle and with the Jetlag team is so personal and easy and I just cannot recommend them more highly!

We have been using Jetlag remedy for more than a year. Simone and the team have our place as good as new every single week. The cleaners are so well trained, they have a great process and there never has been a time we are more happy with our cleaners. In fact we don't consider them just cleaners they are a professional, highly qualified, and highly experienced swat team! Last Spring we needed some spring cleaning - they removed everything from all the cupboards and the drawers and cleaned every single area. WOWSER amazing!
