Thank you for your short service (~2.5 months). The level of cleaning was okay. However, I'm quite disappointed with the level of customer service we have received from the company. The assigned cleaner decided to resign. And we have been notified the day before the cleaning day with a note that here is no replacement for her. Hence, you have terminated the services with us and send us contact on another cleaning company who did not responded to us till today. Based on the reviews you have here, we expected more and consider this as very unprofessional customer service. Perhaps, If you have the risk of only one cleaner to service specific location, consider mitigating this decency by hiring more cleaners in the same location to avoid disappointed customers like me.

We have used JLR for quite a while, and while their services started off excellent, it was VERY much dependent on who you got. Unfortunately we stopped using them as the last set of cleaners we had broke a sentimental pot, and didn’t tell us before putting it out in the main bin. I had to follow up to try and find it, even though I was home working at the time. We also found that they started using rolls and rolls of paper towel we had under the sink each week & seems they missed dusting & vacuuming area, which I had been happy to look over/supply but the pot and us digging through garbage was the last straw.

While I would love to keep using them as the admin team are great, the quality has dropped too much to make it worthwhile.

The best clean we have ever had! Mahlea was an absolute delight & went above and beyond to make our house absolutely sparkle!

We organised with Jetlag Remedy for a deep spring clean before our new baby arrives next week. Belinda came and she is the most loveliest person ever and the job she has done is incredible.
The tracks on the sliding doors (which are the worst) looks brand new and the cupboards are amazing. She did the most amazing job and I feel at such ease bringing home our newest addition.

I've been using Jetlag Remedy on and off for years and Simone's team saved me so many times when I needed a last minute clean or when we moved countries. We love coming from overseas to a clean house!
Recently, we have been using their cleaning services regularly and the pair Noelia/ Lucas stand out. Their attention to detail is outstanding - when they see something needs cleaning, they will go for it even when not part of the 'standard' clean.
Definitely 5 stars from us!

Cannot live without Michelle, my JLR cleaner. She’s so lovely, efficient, has such attention to detail, and really goes above and beyond for me! I get a fortnightly clean and the whole family looks forward to it. I’ve also had her come and organise my cupboards because she’s incredible. My only bug bear is that I can never get a replacement cleaner if she’s away, but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about Jetlag remedy!

Danee was amazing! So thorough from the first clean and just understood our needs from the start.
