Great customer service! Everyone is very helpful and professional, I had Scott helping today, with his very best in order to get a LG tv. I'm thankful to all the time he took, his knowledge, and great attitude! The shops overall attitude is pleasant and fosters for an enjoyable shopping eperience.

Leaving an amazing review because they of this little story.

I ordered a tv unit from JB hi fi for the intention that it was coming from my Fyshwick store, Turns out the tv came from Fyshwick and the sound bar came from Warrawong. Guess who won! Warrawong being hours away delivered faster than the 30 minutes store down the road.:) Keep up the good work! (I wasn't expecting it arrive for 2 more days)

Yesterday I was desperately trying to buy cables for my son's play station not knowing exactly what I needed. I was put through to Jarod who was the most obliging and helpful sales man I have ever come across. Jarod sorted out the cables that were needed and also helped me overcome a difficulty with my phone not wanting to pay so that I could collect the cables.
Forever grateful for your service and help Jarod. I might add the play station is now working perfectly.

Looking for computer for granddaughter, salesman very good, could have sold us a more expensive unit but recommended another $100 cheaper. Will do business here again and not a store that makes a profit and rips of the Governments effort to maintain employment and makes a huge profit during pandemic.

Really good JB Hi-Fi. So much to offer and a massive tv display. Came here looking for one thing and came out with many! The staff are friendly and it's overall a great place to satisfy your needs!

The staff are extraordinary, and always try to help where they can, ESPECIALLY with long term, regular customers.
This is one of the few instances where loyalty is actually rewarded.

We would prefer to go to this warrawong store as the staff are so much nicer willing to help you as much as they can, than the one at Stockland shellharbour

Staff very, very helpful but unfortunately we were after a 24cm TV and they didn't stock what we wanted. The salesman was not deterred by this and gave us some really good advice on what to do. Thank you for such excellent customer service.

Easy to find what you want, a little sparse on the staff looking to help at times but overall if you can't find what you need here in regards to home electronics or entertainment you don't know what your looking for.

Nic who recently left Wollongong to join the Warrawong team certainly brings a wealth of knowledge to the store and through his leadership has instilled a cultural shift towards positive outcomes for the business and customers.

Served in Wollongong by this gent, now in Warrawong during December 2020 - top performer and certainly a pleasure to deal with.

I'm originally from Liverpool, phone died and had a useless cable that wouldnt charge my phone, i asked the staff to help charge my phone so I could get back home, and only way I could charge my phone to get home was to get a portable power bank and the staff gave me a great discount, thank you warrawong team!

The people who work here know what they are doing and are fast, help you with your computer phone and more, for a good price (they also price match).

I’m afraid the price matching claims are a farce. I went with cash in my hand to buy an IPhone that I’ve been researching for months. I decided to physically visit the Warrawong store to purchase the phone there, rather than buy online.
However -I was told there that online stores didn’t count, even though it was verifiable, Australian and nothing on the website said it didn’t count. I checked the website and I can’t find that clause!
However -despite the refusal to price match after all, I was given a reasonable price for a more expensive version of the same phone. I went away to consider, came back 1/2 hr later and agreed on the more expensive phone without the price matching.
Then - at the register the negotiated price was negated by the salesman and I was publicly humiliated in front of the queue of people lined up at the register.
I left without the phone and will buy it from the online store I originally decided on.
I’m disappointed that I drove to physically visit a store in Covid19 times, to support a local business, when I could have saved time, effort and money to buy online. Only to be treated so badly.
This is why online shopping is winning!
