Hi would like to thank the Sales lady who helped me on Wednesday morning. I didn't see her name, but she went out of her way to help a lady of 81 yrs of age, who was very flustered. Once again my sincere thanks. I needed a new mobile phone as my old one died on me. Thank you.
Decent service, salesman wasnt extremely knowledgeable about hand-held radios but he went out of his way to research information i needed in order to make a purchase:)
Very limited selection. But was able to get a replacement Deathadder v2 straight away. Service was nice and quick for pickup
Before leaving this review all I wanted to say you have an awesome team there and do they absolute best to give you the best service they can.however when I’m there and wanting to buy a new tv I don’t want to buy one where you have opened it and tested it.even your staff didn’t know that was a thing, if you promote that your selling quality products then why is this a thing? I get why. Complaints and whatever.however it ruins the experience so much.all I wanted was to buy a new tv yet I had to wait to get it tested.how you feel when your new tv is getting tested in the middle of the store while on no stand cause 99% of tv don’t have the legs attached? If you ask me it’s a recipe for disaster. This has kinda ruined my experience. When you buy something new you want to unbox if yourself
Bought a tv from them and the collection process from the loading dock was quick and well organised.
Massive shame to Ryan that works in phone department I was in there last week and purchased a s22 ultra as I was going to go with new iPhone but couldn't not only did I buy the phone but I purchased a screen protector and charger and said to him I don't wanna buy it from there rather go to phone shop for case and Screen protector but talked me into it not only did I waste $40 on the screen but other accessories wscreen protector didn't even fit the phone obviously only cares about his pocket notthe customer after spending $2000 dollars about $100 on accessories didn't even need will definitely not be shopping here again obviously no customer service what so ever very disappointed
I went into but a xbox for my son I wanted to ask questions but I couldn't find anyone to help me I waited for 15mins and ended up walking out

Had a great experience. Many good laptops were available on sale. The sales staff was extremely helpful and gave me ample time to decide which laptop is best suited for me.
Usually experience for this chain, good range of products but ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service - impossible to get ANY assistance!

I'm not that Tech savvy. The bit i do understand was interpreted well by the young man who served me. He gave me the answers to the questions i had in a way that i could understand and that made my decision making on my purchase that much easier. Again great staff. Your staff are/should be your main asset as they are your Brand. It's the staff that generate confidence in the store and products (which, let's face it, you can buy else where) but it's your staff that are key to your customers coming back with return business time after time. They build confidence in your brand and the products you sell. The staff build relationships with their customers and that's so good and sometimes rare these days where everyone is so busy etc. I'm very happy shopping with JB @ Warrawong. Brought a new laptop yesterday and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! The gentleman who served me was patient (I’m not very tech savvy) and took the time to explain everything to me in terms I understood. He made sure I wasn’t wasting money on things I didn’t need and I got the best deal for what I wanted. 100% would recommend.
The best JB hifi store in the Illawarra. Store has really good vibe & staff was very helpful special thanks to Scott he was very attentive we will be back although we live near to JB hifi Wollongong store but will never go back there again Wollongong store team & management should be trained at JB hifi Warrawong store to learn how to serve customers
The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Could help me with what I needed and proceeded to help me find somewhere that could. Definitely worth shopping here.
Was there on australia day to buy a dvd player and get a phone charge the staffs were too busy to help me and when i finally did get help the female staff had no interest in helping me then proceeded to walk off after she had answered her cordless store phone
Staff not a lot of help. Since when are staff aloud to wear a beanies at work when they are serving a customer.
Thought Id go in and spread some of the retail love around and realised they are geared now to online orders. Bought and paid for some upgrades that I had to get delivered, but the sales people were all too keen to help. Much preferred to Harvey Norman and good guys, with the process as short and sweet as I wanted it to be.
