JB Hi-Fi Shellharbour

Excellent and helpful shop, the staff here are very helpful and go out there way to help you, and i must say very patient, the staff are well trained and very knowledgeable on there section.

We were serviced by Joey. He is very professional and always willing to help. He knows the products and he always has a friendly smile. I would definitely recommend seeing him if going to JB Hi-Fi.

Ok, often hard to track down staff and last few times I went they have had limited stock for what I wanted

Heaps of products & the staff are incredible interested & so helpful, you gotta pick a not crazy busy time? If you can you got a whole lot of specialist staff! Totally recommended!

Was served really quickly, walking out with a new laptop in 10 minutes. Don’t know the guys name who served me but was professional and answered any questions I had.

Getting customer service at this store ranges from "hard", through to "forget about it and come back again later or just go elsewhere".

Ray/Roy at JB hi-fi was so professional and obliging after purchasing products from Sydney then returning for replacement at Shellharbour store due to missing parts in the box. As they did not have the same item in store the product was upgraded free of charge.the store manager commented that we are JB hifi, no problem.i was impressed.

I drove a round trip of 140 kilometres to buy a Kindle ereader. They only stocked the cheaper one, the one I wanted was only via online shopping. I guess my future purchases will avoid the 140 kilometre round trip.

Usually just windowshop here because they don't have a massive range compared to other JBs. Some areas have more than others but on the whole, it's fairly small.

Great range of TV, phone's and accessories as well as the home appliances, game's and computers. You namit, they have it.

A really large electronics shop situated within the Stock land Shellharbour Shopping complex. They have lots of stuff small electronics like computers and phones, cameras. Computer and computer accessories. Larger goods like fridges freezers, washing machines. DVDs, heaps of flat screen televisions. Plenty of staff to get advice from.

We entered the shop and after walking all the way around the shop and service desks not one staff member offered to assist us. They were more interested in chatting to each other about where they were going out that night. Won't be back there anytime soon.

Got a salesman in the phone section trying to pre sell me a Samsung S10, wouldn't take no for an answer and was extremely rude and pushy. Won't shop there again.will prefer to drive to Warrawong JB instead

Staff would glance in our direction and keep walking, when we did track a staff member down they were rude and unhelpful, claiming that section wasn’t their speciality, and that the staff assigned to that section were too busy. Nothing but excuses, walked out without our money, cheers, thanks for wasting our time.

Great variety of products and good prices. Staff are polite and helpful but is sometimes understaffed.

Terrible service. Walked around for ages trying to find assistance, staff were too busy talking about what they were going to do on the weekend. Prices are high here, average quality for what you'd pay. Wanted to buy a phone outright and they tried to sign me up for a plan instead, insisting that it would cost me less over a 24 month period which is nonsense. Would not recommend this branch to anyone. Won't be coming back.

I had great customer service and help when buying a new TV. Much better staff than I've dealt with at other local jb hifis. They were happy to negotiate on price too.
