Recently I bought a Samsung Galaxy 22 via pre order at the store. I was helped by Ty in the phones Dept. It was the first time buying a phone outright so I was a little apprehensive.
I just want to mention how professional and paitent Ty was. He explained all the details of the phone. He went through all the options of how I should buy the phone based on my needs and I felt he genuinely valued getting me the best possible offer.
I came in on Wednesday to collect the phone. Ty was their again and made sure everything was perfect ready to go for my new phone.

Again, thanks Ty for the exceptional service. If I could give this review 6 stars, I would.

Last September I called and asked about a PS5. Sure, I understand these are hard to come by and wasn't expecting to get one straight away. Asked to speak to the best person regarding PS5 availability and was put onto some guy that was unwilling to give me any information, rude when I asked to be put onto a waiting list, and his whole attitude seemed to be that I was one of these vultures that was trying to buy up massive amounts of consoles to then resell on gumtree at a massively inflated price. All I wanted was one console to use as intended. It is now 5 months later and I have heard nothing, which confirms my initial suspicion that this angry, rude individual didn't even put my name on a list.

Outstanding customer service from Jason and Nat at Shellharbour, had recently purchased a fridge which developed a fault. Jason and Nat couldn't have been more helpful the upshot of which was a new fridge provided and delivered within less than 24 hours. You can't do better than that thank you both so much.

Recently purchased a phone at Jb hifi Shellharbour. Had the great fortune to be served by Myles. What an intelligent, respectful, extremely knowledgeable man. Explained everything in plain English, not geek speak, nothing was too much trouble, did not rush, offered great value add ons. Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. And I've been around a while. PAY THIS MAN MORE. He sets the service standard all other retail workers should aspire to.

Not the best jb hifi I've been to, will admit there was a serious stock of VR headsets. Looks like I won't be so busy when I get home. I gave it 3 stars because there anime collection was amazing.

Apalling service. Checked in 1128 went straight to fridges and confirmed JB had the one we wanted. Turned around and asked the cashier to send a salesperson our way. She made the call. 5 or so minutes later she made another call. After 13 minutes with no salesperson in sight we walked out. We bought our $1100 plus fridge elsewhere. There were 2 salesman talking computers amongst themselves and another wandering around. 1 salesman was with one customer. There were 2 cashiers and 2 JB men removing packaging from the store. On the way out we passed one couple who were browsing, the only other customers in the store. JB Shellharbour you need to up your game.

MYLES! What an amazing help he was, honestly one of the best experiences with customer service I have experienced. He was thorough, caring And is absolutely excellent at his job. I was with my newborn baby and had multiple questions and enquires and wow was he so helpful and considerate to my circumstances. JBHIFI, you should be SO proud to have people like him representing your business.
I don’t usually shop here at this store but I will definitely be back to visit miles for any future business that me or my family are in need of.

If i could put minus i would!
I went in for a microwave waited 10 minutes for customer service. Then went to the desk to ask for help. Waited another 5 minutes. Was completely ignored. Never spending another cent if my money there. Disgusting

Yes I just went to JBHIFI for a HDMI cable and I picked it up with in a few minutes! I rang them first and they said click and collect at the moment so very quick! We have brought from them before so helpful!

Great support over the phone. Sent me a link to click and collect the product I needed, then I was able to pick up within 15 minutes of my initial phone call. Much needed help when I needed for a HSC student.

Have gone to this store a few times now, each time have had great service, with staff that know their stuff. More recently had an issue with a TV I bought- they were wonderful to deal with. No hassle, no attitude, provided a refund straight away- just fantastic experience.

Due to covid we didn't want to go out and about to pick up a pair of head phones so we ordered online, not only did they come the very next day but the employee was extremely nice.

Had a problem with fFalcon TV could not get it fixed by fFalcon.returned unit to JB HIGHFI no problem with exchange of unit very polite and helpful staff. I will most certainly shop with J B again.
