JB Hi-Fi Penrith Westfield

If you want to make your KPI's, you should've hired more staff during the festive season. I witnessed 10 customer walk out because not enough staff on the floor to assist with sales and enquiries.

I am really disappointed. I have order macbook pro which i have already paid, Its now three week going on but when i call them and ask about it they have no clue or tracking information when will they get it in store. I have been informed to get it in 2 weeks and since now i really need it to use it at my work.
I did not want to put review but after calling them
several times i am exhausted.
Instead of that they say keep calling until we get your order.

There are many JB HI FI Stores that I have frequented over the years but the BEST IS JB HI FI PENRITH WESTFIELD.
The reason being in which I did not know for my first few purchases was a beautiful and amazing young woman called RACHAEL.
I also did not realise that Rachael was a manager of her department at JB HI FI in Penrith Westfield store.
Rachael’s knowledge is exemplary. Rachael is one of the most beautiful young woman inside and out that I have had the privilege of being taken care off when purchasing or enquiring about a product.
Rachael I can see personally as a customer is loved and respected by her team of staff.
Rachael if I am lucky enough to be able to be looked after by her when looking or purchasing a product is the most vibrant, happy and knowledgeable young woman that JB HI FI is fortunate to have as a manager of her department in one of their store’s.
THANK YOU RACHAEL FOR BEING THE BEST MANAGER OF YOUR DEPARTMENT AREA THAT ANY JB HI FI STAFF WOULD BE BLESSED TO HAVE YOU AS THEIR DEPARTMENT MANAGER.
I would also like to mention that all JB HI FI staff at Penrith Westfield are amazing and that is I feel is because of the way Rachael supports and guide’s her team and all the members of other staff teams and the way she respects them.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Penrith Westfield JB HI FI because of Rachael and how she is loved by the staff and customers and is a great role model for her team members.

Great service, had a few people come and ask if I needed help and they got me what I needed and maybe a bit more

Place is big but the service isn't most days they carry on like there job is crazy and can't help you

Super helpful staff! Gets crowded over the weekend even with an online pickup but nice deals to shop around

It's JB, reliable, and has the products and appliances you need for all over the house. The staff assist with all they can.

Advertised hours had changed and store was closing 2 hours earlier than advertised security apologised explaining that cyber Monday late trading had been canceled by head office

It is disappointing to see one of my favourite stores go down the tube. I waited for 50 mins while the staff stumbled around to find stock, check pricing and finally I walked out because who has the time to stand around and waste your lunch break on people who quite frankly must not care about customer service. Anyway sad days for a store I used to love so much.

Worst staff, had to wait a long time to get served, ended up spending my 6 and a half thousand at good guys.
Also I witnessed another customer purchase 2 mobile phones outright for around two and a half thousand and heard the staff member ask the customer if they wanted to purchase a 15 cent bag to carry their items.

How embarrassing.

Good for electrical, but this JBhifi I feel arent interested in making a sale. I have been in there a few times and just found them unhelpful, asked to price match with another store aka office works and they refused, (so went to office works and got item), arrived 15mins before closing to grab cleaning item quickly and they said no we are closed. Just find overall customer service is a fail, and would rather send us away then make a sale.

I rather drive to the another JBHIFI, then go here.

Super impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my click-and-collect order was processed on Sunday 10 October. I would especially like to thank Chloe and Alicia for their warm and friendly service at the collection point. As well as Chad for his help in getting an additional purchase sorted very quickly while I was waiting.

People who work there asking if they can help. Full of electrical gear you might want usually at a good price.

Super rude staff member on the phone. I will never buy at this store again. Bought item from Bing Lee over the phone 2 mins after with no dramas.

As always, they always have something that meets all your requirements, but the best bet is their very friendly and helpful staff. The only store i visit for all my electronic needs:). Good job and keep it up guys.

Went to buy an item today. Staff are unfriendly, they don't even care to ask although they can clearly see that you're looking for some assistance. I ask a female team member that I'm going to buy an item, she told me she's gonna send someone to help but no one came 20mins later. I ended going home empty handed. I'm not giving to buy again in this store!

I've been a customer for years and they've always been helpful and polite. I recently needed to return a record as it was damaged (manufacturing fault). There was no worries, no fuss and I was able to exchange it. Keep up the good work!

Good selection of items. Some of the staff can be a bit "whatevs" so be sure to get good staff if you can.

I bought what I needed via. Click and Collect. Only one of the few Bluray movie cases remained locked. It was a hassle getting it unlocked. A good note is making sure all collected movies are unlocked before leaving JB HiFi. As the staffs do tend to forget completing this small step.
