64 Was there today to get washing machine, thinking we will get a good product, there was lot of choices but the employee over there had an terrible customer service. Over attitude and she had an no interest on what we needed plus her talking style was embarrising as well. Dont know what she was thinking had been in lot of jb hifi accross Sydney never had such an disappointing service.
Literally I will suggest to avoid such a terrible customer service. She had a blue hair. And had lot of high attitude.
I have never ever seen such a worst customer service in Australia in any other store, the way she looks us like we can came another, so much attitude. Bought an In-Ear Headphones, not happy with the product so went to the store very next day saying the features are not that great i would like exchange the product with another brand where it has better features, but she didn't want to refund or exchange. They way they treat is like s**t. Better don't buy products in Jbhifi, where they don't value the customers.
It's a great, spacious store that is fun to explore with exciting technological products to choose from. Though you might not find everything that you want, there is more likelihood of finding what you want than not finding it.
Very bad service, give me a package price and don’t explain without TV installation. Ask me quickly sign all the papers and tell me if I cannot pay in 5mins, he cannot organize the delivery next day.
First time buying my camera in October I had an excellent customer service, but is March already two times went back because is not working.
January they said they will fix it, came back in February exactly the same and also told me on my face that they had changed when was not (because the guy at the counter didn't have idea of what he was saying). So this time I prefer to change of shopping mall. But also disappointed, should buy it directly from Go pro website.
Went in intending to buy a small appliance that day and was made to stand around and look like an idiot by 3 different staff members assuring me that 'no worries, someone will come and help you at the small good section soon'.
The store wasn't busy at all and there were a couple staff members just chatting at the registers.asked for help multiple times to no avail, thanks for nothing.staff member made eye contact with me who was obviously looking for help and he made an effort, NO im kidding, he walked straight past me.shocking.
Very friendly service. Prices are negotiable. Stocks a good range of product. Location is convenient. Parking free for 2 hours.
The place is big and full of friendly and helpful people. If you want to buy electronic goods, this is the place to do it. They offer discounts to help customers as much as possible.

All JB HI FI stores are the same has everything electronics, TVs games and much more, it is a matter of finding the person who is willing to negotiate the price

Waited half an hour without being served. Asked three seperate staff to help me. All said they couldn’t help as it wasn’t their area.and that I would have to wait. Need more staff
Just another JB-HiFi store with rude team members. But this outlet stood out from the rest. It would actually win an award for the worst customer service staff of the year in retail history. The store manager actually told me that this is how it is in every store. Maybe they should hire some diversity and maybe train them to be more polite and attentive to customers that don’t look like them. Rude counter staff, the only redeeming feature was a friendly and helpful guy in the videogame department.
Like all the others, chaotic arrangement, you need to ask where everything is. But pricing is good and the staff are friendly.
