64Went instore today to make a few purchases. At first, it was a little hard to get the attention of an employee until Ethan came over to serve us. Ethan was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us and genuinely seemed like he was enjoying his job. Awesome shopping experience today.
There is no option for zero or negative star, otherwise i would have given them zero star. Store manager is an illiterate person. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this store. I am lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading against them.
Customer service is terrible. Was doing a staff purchase and the guy serving me had the biggest power trip and advised he couldnt help me to find certain stock in the warehouse because im technically not a real customer. Didn't have any issues with other staff when i did it before. Manager is great though and processed it fine in the end.
Excellent service from Zuca, Katelyn and Jess. Helped me return an item without any hassles. Highly recommend.
Place to buy all the electronic needs. They have deals and discounts all the time. They have good variety of products.

Shop assistants too busy chatting to bother helping customers. Good selection but overpriced, which surprised and disappointed me.
Staff are nice and friendly when you can get to them. However, the location pulls down the score, as the DFO is an absolute nightmare to get to or to park at, at any day or tine. Best avoided.
Had a chat with Jamie over the phone about washing machines. He was very honest and explained everything in great detail. He is an asset to your team!
What makes these guys special are the people who work there. You see a lot of people who hide behind t&cs like a robot but these guys apply a bit of common sense and humanity in their dealing. My purchase experience, refund and replacement experience has always been pleasant. Im always excited to be in the store just to look around and feel the vibe.
I visited while staffing was affected by the pandemic so difficult to give a fair review. Service was helpful and informative so no complaints about the level of customer provided. My biggest complaint was locating the JB Hifi pickup point. I did 3 laps before having to ask the parking attendant for the second time. An easily visible sign would help.
A bit understaffed when considering the size and customer volume, but they are all helpful and passionate with my needs and purchases. Instant 5 stars!
Worst service in sydney.deliverly was not complete due to bit far parking from my room. There is no service to set up even officer said every thing included, set up, Take box.deliver are rubbish.whats more, come so shop and discuss for refund. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE.
I like this shop but there is too much going on for me.it's too loud with signage, I can't find stuff because it's all over the place and tbh it does put me off going in here
They were very busy but we were served by a very helpful young lady who guided us through all of our purchases and assisted us to get out of the store quickly. I was very impressed.
Hi everyone don’t trust on Homebush JB HI FI store the all staff is very rude and disrespectful I bought iPods from this store I used for one month and still under warranty and they are not Exchang for me and I have email and purchase receipt to proof but they still not accept it all …?

Overall I've had mostly issues with jb hifi service/ training.
However this stores training or not has a great service person in the audio/ headphones section, didn't get the name, (curly hair, darker complexity) gave exceptional customer service.
