JB Hi-Fi Green Hills

I hate going here. I have no choice but to leave my wallet at home. Glad I don't have to walk past it to get into the store. Always end up in the place somehow though. Worse than going to Kmart. I just want one thing and somehow walk out with an arm load.

Service and knowledge shown by staff today in an electrical device I am not into. Will (Staff) was great in helping us get our best for our limited $$$.
Everytime I go there they have great service typically plenty of stock as well as limited merchandise.

Thanks to Andrew for being so helpful with me getting a new phone and also helping with our account. So happy I never have to go to a Telstra shop again!

Good specials at the moment and happy to look for a title for you if you cant find what your looking for.

Staff are young and trendy, they're also very helpful with anything in the store or even in locating another store in the centre. Large range of TVs, soundbars, laptops, phones, headphones/earphones and many more.

Bought a tv from one of the girls there. She told me my stearo would not connect (LG stearo to a LG tv) and that I had to buy the latest sound bar. After that she never bothered to tell the delivery company that it had to be delivered after 13: 00 now I have to wait a extra day for delivery. Never shopping there again

Took a little while for someone to come and help us, but they were extremely friendly and did everything they possibly could for us.

Plenty of stock and always great prices. Staff can be a little hard to find and keep once you have them.

Never approached by customer service at all, but constantly had a security guard follow my wife and I around the store, will never go back. Purchased my items elsewhere

It's a good JB store but this particular store seems to be out of stock a lot and I've been in a few times and haven't been acknowledged by a team member for assistance.

It took a long time to find a staff member free. But once I did, he was great! Very helpful and quickly acted on my request. Friendly and efficient.

Of all the electronic retailers out there, JB Hi-Fi is one of my preferred. Lots of selection, sometimes at a very good price. Prices are usually negotiable on the more expensive items too.

Not bad shopping, need to know prices and see if they would price match. But good store and people are friendly and only too happy to help where they can.

My wife and I went instore to buy a PS4 recently. We were greeted by Dylan in the games section, a lovely salesperson who helped us extensively with a wide variety of questions, helping with absolutely everything we needed, going out of his way to provide any assistance necessary, all while having a genuine conversation, which made us feel very valued as a customer, If you are after anything in games, go and see him, we will be back in for sure, he was a very lovely chap.

Took a while for a salesman to come along and help me with what I needed. But they helped us beyond expectations which was great.

I find the layout of the shop to be a little confusing with no real clear signs displaying where certain items are located.

A great atmosphere and the salesman are not pushy at all which is a huge bonus.

Went in and brought a Nintendo switch today the sales guy was friendly but mate you need to stop being so pushy with your upsells when i said no to the warranties 4 times what would make you think i would then want to be harrased to buy games and gow youd give me a great price on a 9 dollar screen protector. Ease up turbo I've been in sales over 10 years if they say no straight up your not gonna convince then.

I always find the staff here to be super helpful. This week I bought a phone and had great service from Alex & Steph and the next day from Herb. I'm sorry, I've forgotten the name of one other staff member. I just want to say a huge thanks for all their advice and help.

I went in there and had man help me out to finding what I wanted and he was awesome and very nice, so thank you, I can't remember his name but this jbhifi has a lot and is pretty good.

Staff was very helpful and their product knowledge made shopping a pleasure.l delt with several different areas and each time the staff were friendly and very helpful.
