Very large selection and the staff was helpful in answering questions when I was looking for information about purchasing an apple watch for my son, they provided us with all the information we needed even when it was linked to other stores

Been waitting at the games desk for about half hour and still no one has turned up to serve me get ya shut together jb hi fi this is not up to standers for customer service

This store never misses a beat and I feel that this comes down to wonderful Management. After dealing with both Daniel and Dallas I will certainly be making sure that this is my go to JB. They, and their team always help to make all purchase informed, easy and affordable.

Was sorted buy a guy named Smiley. Very nice guy, always happy and seems to love his job and is very much so a people's person, definitely recommend this lovely bloke for whatever your needs are:)

Literally had the worst experience purchasing an Apple Watch during the Xmas holidays. The transaction was made in Glendale, however I forgot the pick-up order receipt at home. I was able to give the cashier my name and mobile to look up in the system and even showed ID. I got nothing but attitude and incompetence in return. I had to call Glendale and chase up the purchase order myself, and after the whole ordeal the watch was sitting in the cage behind the register for in-store pick-up order under the letter “K” (go figure). I get it, not having the purchase receipt would have made it a bit more work for her, but to feel like a total inconvenience and then having to do the work myself was just appalling. Then to top it off when I asked for an SMS receipt so I could have records of it later, she looked puzzled and then her manager said the receipt is right there you don’t need anything else. Love JB but this location definitely has brought down their name.

Went in with a question and spoke to a guy named Callum. He was very helpful to me. The reason I went to him was He served my partner a week before and she raved on about his customer service skills. And was so happy with the service she got when buying my Christmas present

I first visited looking for a microphone and headset for streaming, i was met by a friendly worker named ‘Tezza’ i’m absolutely useless with computers and all that jazz, this bloke had knowledge of almost everything and had multiple options for my purchase, wether i wanted a top tier microphone and listen and fulfilled my needs well.later that week i needed assistance with similar problems, i rung JB and asked for Terrance, he answered quickly and walked me through, step by step, of what i needed, why i needed it and how much it would cost me, would definitely recommend shopping here as the staff are all equally amazing at what they do, thanks for your help guys and girls!

Had an issue with a new TV. With the minimum of fuss the team found a replacement at another store and the swap was done. Staff friendly and helpful from original sale to end.

The worst customer experience ever received. Visited there today and was spoken to rudely by (gaming) customer service, clearly stressed by having to serve customers. We waited patiently (didn’t mutter a word) while the representative made it clear he didn’t want us standing at the customer service desk. We were told to wait in the aisle, 2 aisles over, and someone would come to assist. No one came.
Without complaining (we literally said nothing about the encounter) we purchased a PS directly at the checkout.
The original representative became aggressive when he realised we had purchased the item, but not via him.
Words can’t express the shock of such poor service and I hope management watch the CCTV of the incident.
Go elsewhere.

Called and spoke with Andrew today - multiple times - Andrew was so polite and patient and made the whole experience as painless as he could. He went above and beyond to help me, suggesting products and different solutions. Would definitely recommend

My mum and I went in with questions about a cord and the staff member we spoke to his name is Alex, he made our technical experience so much easier, he was helpful and funny he made us feel comfortable and happy. We have been in there a few times and each time all the staff are very helpful so thanks JB hi-fi and thanks Alex
