JB Hi-Fi City - World Square

This is the typical JBHifi that has a lot of discounts on many electrical products. Staff are very helpful without being too pushy. As with most JB there is sometimes a lack of staff to deal with the volume of customers.

Bought a new phone recently and was pleased when the guy serving me referred me to someone else rather than pretending he knew and talking BS.

Security guard at the door be treating me like im a shoplifter despite literally everything in the store being protected and i was checked after i was in there for no less than 5 mins and was in the view of the guard. Bro humble urself who do u think u r. Even Let the white people behind me with bags like i had go without being checked. Mf racist

Sales rep straight-up lied to my face. I bought a pair of headphones and he said that I could return them within 14 days. When I tried to actually return the headphones (to a different store), they told me that I can't return it. Horrible experience, I'll never shop here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of different models on display (laptops specifically). Special thanks to Stephen for being extremely helpful and caring and for helping me to pick my gaming laptop (MSI GS75). Will definitely return should I wish to buy any other electronic device

The product I wanted to purchase wasn't instore but Teague rang a nearby store to check that they had the product so I didn't waste my time. Very professional conduct. Well done!

I visited this store today to trade in a switch game and ended up using the credit to purchase a new Mouse.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sam, he was kind, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. It's one thing to fulfill customer requests but Sam did this with such patience, it was honestly the best retail experience I've had in my ten months in Australia.

Good place to buy tech. Accessible entrance. No Tv's. Friendly staff. Fast check-out. The guard was very nice with great smile and attitude. He helped me with my request: 5 points to him (20.03.19/ 12: 45pm approx)

Well it is jb hi and these guys are always helpful and friendly. They know their stuff or find someone who does. Order on line and pick up is a great service.

The store has this strange layout to it which makes everything look more cramped than it should be, but in general the staff are pretty darn friendly and essentially helpful. Definite props to the knowledgeable team members, they can definitely answer questions and give you definitive advice. Although the guard in front really needs to chill, checking my bag so comprehensively like I'm at an airport.

Had an issue with am item and was quickly refunded.

Staff also abused a courier delivery driver while I was there which was quite unprofessional.

Good collection of games and laptop, Good deal on boxing day.i was looking for mobile but I didn't find much mobile options

Excellent range of music, staff are happy to take orders for specialty items, specifically import music albums and special box sets.

Somehow this branch is less appealing than others. Don't know whether it's the staff or layout or whatever. I find the nearby branch in Galleries much nicer.

Looks to be a much smaller store than it used to be. No longer does this store sell televisions or DVD/Blu-ray players. If they do, they are well hidden. Don't know if the change in the store layout is better than what it used to be. It certainly feels more cramped than it used to be. Not it feels like a very small store than the large store it used to be.

Great shop for DVD Blu Ray movies. Electronic accessories are available if you're in a hurry. Does price matching

Non-existent customer service. Went there on Friday night wanting a modem router, stood around for ages with no one asking if I wanted help. When I tried to flag someone down they told me they would come back in a sec and never did.

Price match policy is B. S.waste of time going to store "we cannot verify those 2 stores are not selling grey market items"
