JB Hi-Fi City - World Square

This branch is very diffirent from other branch that sell everything (Computer, TV, Music CD & Blu-ray Movies) because of its statue in not widely area so that sell only Computer, Mobile phone (also many lots of equipment), Game Media, Bluetooth Speaker etc. But no Music CD and Blu-ray Movies (HD standard & 4k). So if you come here to buy Music CD and Blu-ray Movies. You need to go another branch of JB Hi-Fi to buy these things.

I went out to get the xbox series S & the store did all they could to help me get the best of everything I needed.so thanks J. B 4 your help in the gaming seen

Nice enough store but no movies? I came in looking for DVDs but was disappointed.
I thought that was half the point of JB.

Had problems with airpods I bought and when I went in the first time to change them they did it without any fuss. Second time I returned them completely since they don't work well with Samsung generally. No hassle, just friendly quick service!

It seems like the sales person served me today might have had a bad day. We probably will go elsewhere. No worries.

Bad service attitude, Today I went to buy something, but I just don’t know how to use it. I asked a male employee who wears glasses. He looks like a Chinese. Then he told me I don’t know how to use it. I feel he doesn't want to help me at all

Today's maximum capacity is 210 people.but there were only 2 staff serving a large crowd. Poorly-considered shop layout.

This is my second time purchasing from this store after its renovation. Store always look tidy and their stuffs are energetic & friendly, with no hesitation to offered assistance. I have purchased an ASUS Laptop today thanks to SAMIUL spending 20 mins (apology to the other customers) going through all the specs with me in details and provided his professional & erudite suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and will definitely recommend people to purchase from this store. P. S. The store is quite small so they do not have items such as TVs and other appliances.

The closest JB Hi-Fi store to me, yet they were sold out on the certain item I wanted. Had to walk an extra 200m to Westfield JB Hi-Fi, ridiculous, preposterous (1st World (square) Problems).

I visited after finding the local Bing Lee had no stock of an advertised special. JB had stock, the staff efficiently processed a price match.

Bought bluetooth earphones there on black friday, unfortunately the price tag and discount different compare to buy it online, So, I have to ask the staff member to get the same deal with the catalog

The staff were very helpful; asked if they could help after noticing I couldn't find what I needed. The entrance/exit layout could be improved though.

Staff didn't offer any assistance, went in to buy a phone, three staff helping one customer for over twenty minutes seemed excessive

Always like to shop here. Although not like other JB HiFi shops _ no appliances available in this shop. But the staff are super friendly and helpful. Price also competitive. One of my favourite electronic shop

Great staff, good discounts. Have a lot of variety of products. Bought my laptop here as well as a variety of other items which I need for my photography work. Asked them to price match as well as price beat because of the amount of items that I bought the staff were more than happy to give me the best possible discount.

Good range, but not all staff are attentive - they can be standing around for a while until someone becomes available, and not because they are busy with customers, but yacking to their colleagues. Also, sadly, they don't all know the products that well, resulting in me having to go back home and do the research online. Still, it's very convenient as it's the only store in the area that stocks many of the products.

I rang looking for a new release DVD. The guy was very helpful and spent time tracking details and then put aside one for me. Which I picked up next day. Sunday March 1st.

A bit hectic and hard to find the area you need for what you are looking for, but that's no different to most JB HiFi stores. The staff were helpful and friendly, but not a huge range of each product.
