JB Hi-Fi Charlestown

Very busy busy with the equipment DVD and CD in the store non good on the senses? Too much to look at, difficult to navigate and see properly. Need a bigger store to allow free movement and view items for sale. Way too much to take in properly and move around the store.

Fantastic excellent service such and huge range, purchased on line click and collect all done quickly ready for pick within 1/2 hr customer service with pleasure, well worth the visit.

Two lost sales for this store on Sunday 16.02.20.
Visited the store's camera section at 1.30pm. After waiting for 15 minutes, I left with another frustrated customer whom I had met there.
He intended buying the top of the range DJI Drone. My planned camera purchase was only for the DJI Osmo Pocket.
Suggest Management recognise the need for extra staff on Sundays:)

Got everything you need. However staff can be hard to find at times. I'm used to having them ask if they can help with anything almost instantly but last few times it's been the opposite.

I've been to this store a couple of times and I never seem to get any advice, staff seems preoccupied. I usually make an effort to go to other jbhifi.

So sometimes I'm a real mess of a human being; you know forgetful, clumsy, the works. Thankfully to this awesome team no matter how ditsy I may be thwy always make sure I leave with a smile on my face.

Usual busy place with nonchalant employees. Customer service wouldn't go astray. I feel sorry for any person with little tech experience going in there, and no that's not me. Someone who gave you more than 5 sec responds would be good. Sad but true

They got better leave the bag at the door and the security guard at the door of were seemed like he didn't trust me

Always busy but always get great service from knowledgeable staff. Way to easy to spend money here though, the range of products is impressive. Combine this with 3 hour free parking (Charlestown Square), it's very easy to rate 5 stars.

Friendly staff, a wider range of available items than the one at Glendale, yellow sale signs everywhere always make my day. I love it

Heaps of stock crammed into a small area makes this store hard work for the consumer. Far too many displays & signs. Friendly staff but overall disappointed with the lack of space to move, without knocking something over. Limited space with many customers makes this store uncomfortable.

I am often politely greeted, usually minutes of entering the store, or after spending some time in one section. Payment queues are usually short, register staff typically offer additional services like automatic email or JB Hi-Fi account linked receipts. Overall, I would visit this store before other local competitors.

Pretty crammed JB. Staff are helpful enough but don't bother in peak shopping times it's absolute mayhem. Usually pretty good with working on price for big items but be sure to shop around and have some knowledge of what you want.

My husband asked me to buy a particular adaptor which I have no idea what it is but I just handed the note to one staff and he is so helpful, looking around till he found what I wanted. Make the shopping done quick.

Not nearly enough staff on a weekend, staff are friendly and apologetic for the wait. Good range of music, games and movies.

Not the place for ask for help, unfortunately but they had the product I was looking for. Just bought the cheap one instead of the best option for me.

Hard to get any customer service which usually results in me going elsewhere. The store is also very narrow so not pram friendly, one of us usually has to wait out the front with bub and the pram.

Customer service above and beyond!
Prices are good, product knowledge is great but their customer service is fantastic.
One of the guys helped me fix a tech problem on my phone yesterday, the problems was unrelated to their product but nobody else had been able to fix it. Thank you SO much!
That's the reason I always shop at JB:)
