Good customer service if you need help finding or ordering something in. DVD range doesn’t have a large variety though. Please like if my review helped you

No one approached me and asked if I needed assistance the entire time I was there. I did need assistance so after 15min I walked out of the shop!

The only place I go to buy all my new phones. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the transaction is quick and effortless. Paperwork is completed with your phone provider and you are good to go. Easy!

Multiple attempts to purchase a laptop online but click and collect with postcode 2290 wants me to collect from Victoria. Hopeless.

Just went to try and visit this morning and the old hag of a security lady very rudely demanded angrily to see my vaccination certificate at once.
I have no problem in showing my proof of vaccination, but the way she said it was very rude.
I won’t be going back to any of your stores, I can get plenty of the same items at other stores.

Not set out to good for People having to use Walkers, Mobility Scooter or Wheelchairs especially when Crowded.

JB Hi-Fi Charlestown has a great range of products and nice customer service.

My payment method consisted of many vouchers/cards and it took quite a while. The lady who was at the counter was understanding and didn't mind.

JB Hi-Fi Charlestown is a perfectly fine and good JB Hi-Fi, you get exactly what you expect when you come here.

Went in an hour before close 2 employees approached me to see if I needed help with anything. Went in for what I needed and was in and out no hassles!

Had to return an item today and received excellent service from Blake. Would recommend looking him up for your audio/visual needs.

Super friendly store. I accidentally set of an alarm, that apparently is very difficult to turn off. However, they didn't take this out on me, but instead provided me with really good service. Blake in particular, walked me through the benefits of a product I was looking at and guided me to decide what best fits me. The store was clean, well staff, and very welcoming.

Did not have what I wanted. No suggestive selling for a similar product either.
As mentioned in another review, I prefer the store inside Kotara Fair.

Good store, always someone there if you need help. Though I do get a little hot in there a lot.

Great experience with the latest electronic gadgets. Latest HDTVs, laptops, apple products, drones with HD cameras, and any new electronic gadgets on the market today. One thing that I am not sure about, I didn't see any AI robots for sale.

Great sore, great variety. Wonderful customer service here, just so difficult to get a staff member who's not already occupied with customers. Only staff member you can find with difinitive certainty is the security guard at the door who has looked in and out of my purse at least a thousand times by now.

Went to spend approx $400 first time at Charlestown shop never again had had 2 sales person young lads untidy dressed not helpful just didn't look like they were interested in helping. So went to Domayne bought items there very helpful also gave discount for paying cash. Must say been in other JBHFI stores always had good experiences.

Love this store. They have an incredible range of consumer electronics. The staff are always helpful and I find they always know their stuff

Had two people say they would get someone to help us with a TV. Only wanted to know the price of install and buy it. Waited 20mins and left.

Loved it. Old mate kicked some tv's over while he was getting a keyboard for me, but handled it like a true professional. Very helpful staff, they all deserve a little kiss.

I find one hi-fi to be pretty good as long as you know what you want. I have learnt to never rely on their sales people for information as it is likely you will be set astray. They are friendly while they do it though.
There is a wide range of most electrical products so I still end up back there. I just do my research first.
