Needed to upgrade my phone and really glad I came here. Staff are noticeably lovely including the friendly Security officer at the door. Taylah (hope I spelled right) was terrific and gave me a great deal, so I brought hubby to get his new phone and James gave him a sweet deal too. Thanks for the welcoming and helpful customer service!

Salesperson was helpful. Got a good deal. Tracking system was good. You can see where your delivery is. They were on time. No complaints.

Friendly staff. Order was delayed. Rang and spoke directly with the store person. Ordered from another store. Knew my name when walking in to pick up.great service. Rare to find these days!

When i have to buy stuffs, i choose jb-hifi caringbah because of staffs and very organised store among all.i would specially appreciate the effort made by staffs to make the place best.staffs are so friendly and expertise in their job.

A great store in a convenient location with great customer service. It has everything that I'm looking for but the store needs a refurbishment & reorganisation of stock as it looks outdated.

Purchased TV yesterday and was lucky enough to have JASON looking after me. He is a great advertisement for the Store - Courteous, helpful, informative and very patient with a senior citizen which was much appreciated. Thank you.

Staff are always very helpful and today's service was outstanding staff members Hollie Tammy and Chris all working at different times over at 1.5 hrs on a software glitch problem with my day old Samsung 20+.
Although the problem was not fixed many conversations with team members at Samsung H. O. Hopefully a couple of software updates will eventually fix the problem
And if not I was advised to take the phone back to JB.

Always had good service here. Holly helped me out with getting a new S20 and renewing my Telstra plan early. I'll never go back to a Telstra shop again now that I know you can do it at JB.

Great JB HiFi, has all your electronics needs covered, very friendly staff and plenty of parking undercover and uncovered if larger/taller trades vehicles need to park.

Went in to purchase the DJI Osmo 3 Mobile Gimbal. Staff approached me when I was noticed and asked to offer help, though i already knew what i wanted they still offered additional coverage/warranty which was pretty cool. Young gentleman provided sufficient information for me to opt for that. Check-out staff are also super friendly. Big shop with loads of product everywhere, can be a little overwhelming but noticed staff are always asking people of they need helo which is the main thing. Great work!

The worst customer service I've experienced in any JB Hi-fi store. Unprofessional staff who just wanted to argue or tell me that I was being rude when I questioned something they said. Dismissed me like I was nothing. Never never shopping here again.

JB Hi-Fi Caringbah is my favourite electronics retailer in The Shire. They staff there are extremely helpful and kind, and are always willing to help you out. Due to the current pandemic, a lot of electronics stores around the city have been refusing to interact with me which is super disheartening but Rachel from JB Hi-Fi Caringbah was super attentive and helped me out so much! Thank you guys!

The Customer Experience was lacking at this store unfortunately. Attended the store an hour before close on a Sunday. New exactly what we needed to buy. Tried to find someone to assist. That took two attempts.

And at check out. The cashier attended processed our transaction which was over a thousand dollars. After the transaction, I realised I needed a bag to carry all our items. So I asked for one. The cashier looked at us and said “That will be 15 cents”.

Surely you would think, if the cashier didn’t ask the customer during the transaction Just give your customer a carry bag, who has just spent over $1000 in your store.

Not a good customer experience.
