I purchased a detachable laptop which the screen got 1 fracture through it which should have never happened as easily as it did. As it fell back on itself when it was sitting on the table in a case. To cut a long story short they wouldnt fix it and gave it back with a second crack in the screen. Thanks jb hi-fi for the worst customer service a second crack in my screen.

So my phone had speaker problem and it was in warranty, I went in this JB HI-FI Caringbah store where the lady who was checking the phone said it does have speaker problem but the guy whom she asked for the solution said we can't tell if there is any fault with speaker. So I asked him can you hear the sound then he said sorry I have ear infection. Then I said there's so many other people working here, you can ask them but he said they are not technicians, they are just normal humans without any ear infections so they can't tell if they can hear the sound or not. Anyway they wasted my 1 and half hours in this process. I went in another JB HI-FI store, they checked my phone and said yes as we can see the phone's speaker is not working properly, you have two options refund or replacement.so easy

Always helpful staff and had a good range of products with great prices.

Another visit today, and once again the staff were fantastic.

Update: Nothing has changed. Still a great shopping experience.

Thank you very much to young block Adam for such an excelent service customer. Hes the Man! Absolute gentleman. Althought I didnt buy the drone I wanted, he took the time and patience to help me. One of the best JB Hifi in the city. I be back!

Really disappointing customer experience today. Salesperson acknowledged the top of the line iPhone 13 pro screen protection I purchased last month might have been faulty as it had damaged in a strange way. When I said it was expensive he suggested I just buy a cheaper option. I literally walked upstairs and spent money at Harvey Norman because he was so ridiculous. Won’t be going back ever again and we normally renew our phone plans there.

From my experience (I lived in this area for 6 years), the staffs in this store are more trustworthy than their neighbour HN.and if you can't find the items that you want in other store (such as Miranda or Hurstville location), come here! You might be lucky to find one.

They had the item we were after in stock, in the colour we wanted and at the comparable price.
Staff were helpful and made an easy sale.

Terrible service. Empty store. Salesman didn't even want to talk to us, He was the only one in the audio/visual section at the time. We were looking at a 42" TV. But was happy to speak to the customer that walked in looking at 75" plus TV's. Pick and Choose. Went to Harvey Norman instead as they dont judge & purchased the same TV at a better price. Please Teach your staff to have some respect for customers.

Went to pick up an online order which was a simple process. Had to wait quite a while for someone who knew about PS5s to answer one question about whether pre-ordering was possible (it wasn't possible)

Bought an item online for click and collect. Received a message within a couple of hours that item was ready for collection. Went to store and collection was efficient and very quick.

Very friendly and kind. One young gentleman helped my mother buy a digital radio, and with a discount. The radio has a terrific sound!

Absolutely useless service. Do not try and do a phone contract or port a number from here. They will stuff it up and claim there is nothing they can do. Absolutely useless! Store Manager is rude, service is poor!

If I could give less than one star I would. Called recently to purchase five remote controls. The girl who answered spoke so quickly I didn’t even know who I’d called. I asked her if she stocked the particular remote control I was after and she said yes, definitely. I asked if I could put five on hold because they were for a nursing home. She said we can only hold on the day of purchase so I would have to come in that day. I said no problem, I won’t be in until tomorrow but I will call in the morning and put them on hold. She tried to finish the call and I asked her if I could still speak to the television department To confirm my TV model was compatible. She transferred me and I was on hold for three minutes and 42 seconds. She came back to me and said I’m sorry no one is available can I take your number and have them call you back. I said yes of course, and of course I received no call back. I went into the store the following day and happened to speak to one of the managers. He advised me the remote I was after was not a true brand but a universal brand and that they were out of stock for that particular remote control. So basically the girl I spoke to gave me incorrect information in every possible way. What an absolute disgrace you guys are.
