I just went there casually to get a stock update on PS5. I didn’t know I would be coming out with the elusive PS5. Thanks to the staff at the reception. Didn’t get her name but I owe you a coffee or something.

Great range of products, but always had problems with the customer service. Long wait to get help, not welcoming and rushing as staff seem to be after sales commission. Bought a smart phone which I've been told about all the best features by the staff but not that the phone does not have a headphone comes with it.

I bought ear phones from them today and after using them for 5 mins the left ear phone stopped working. What a total waste of money. This place if full of dodgy products.

Had to purchase a laptop for my son for school. The staff member was very knowledgeable and helped us select a suitable laptop. Excellent service

My partner and I came into the store due to a faulty Dyson Fan that we purchased 1.5 months ago, was having issues and making rattling sounds. We were met with a large queue and quite a packed store. As soon as we got to the counter, we told them that we had a faulty product that we want to have looked at for a possible exchange, but they ignored what we said and scanned the product and asked for payment. After repeating ourselves a few times that we were not there to purchase the product that we have already bought but actually looking for a return/exchange, they finally got the point. They set us aside and told us "someone from the department will come help you" and that was all the info we got. We stood next to the counter on the side for over 30 minutes before anyone even checked on us. We almost felt like we became part of the furniture in the store, going unnoticed and simply ignored. We kept trying to seek for help during that time and met with "we are not responsible for checking for faults" and no one bothered to even let us know who was. It wasn't until a lot later, a kind staff member by the name of Rabel, actually acknowledged us even though she was in the middle of closing a sale and proceeded to check on us, every single time she revisited the counter to direct customers to make a payment at the counter. After she was free, she proceeded to help us look into verifying the issue and check the stock inventory at different stores to pickup a replacement device. It was only then, that Rabel was able to calm my anger from submitting an ACCC complaint for being unable to get an exchange. Rabel finished off the return and organised the exchange before directing another staff to process our exchange for the faulty product.

My partner and I cannot thank Rabel enough for being the only staff there that was willing to go out of their way to acknowledge a customer that wasn't there for a sale but for an exchange. Thank you for your time.

I worked in Retail before and I know how operational tasks take up a lot of your time and can stop you from making sales during that period of time. I understand the importance of KPIs that staff need to meet. However, I believe it's equally important to treat customers who have already purchased products with the same respect and make sure that they're returning customers that come back for repeat purchases, as there's only so many new first-time customers of JB Hi-Fi. I strongly suggest that the other staff members improve their customer service skills in acknowledging customers who are waiting and show some empathy to treat customers how you would like to be treated.

I'm not sure if there's any customer service awards or similar recognition given to JB Hi-Fi staff members but Rabel was exceptional and should be recognised as such, for her great customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After buying the Galaxy J2 Pro mobile, the battery was damaged so I went to return it within the same week, and I explained to the guy that I charge it for hours and even switch it off, the battery dies so quickly even if I hadn't use it. The guy said that there was nothing wrong with it and he wouldn't let me exchange it or return even though I had a 1 year warranty. I still have it thrown away and it disappoints me so much that JBHiFi took my money and I can't even use the phone. By the way, this story happened in 2018, but when I look at the mobile phone, I remember the money that was paid for something that was not suitable.

It is a good shop with a lot of interesting products. But almost every time we came there with a purpose to buy something we'd walk out without anything. Staff was too busy to stop and help or just not enthusiastic to sell anything, especially on the weekends.

Store was easy to navigate, staff did not seem interested in making a sale and people were just being allowed to walk around with no mask.

Lower than 1 if possible.
Went in to send my less than 1yo faulty Samsung, was met with dismissive attitude and incompetency.
Store assistant provided no helpful information and sent me away without checking the faults I went in to show.

It was very crowded and also the customer service was not great. Asked 4 customer service staff for assistance and didn't get any response. Had to stand in the billing queue to get my question resolved.

I am only giving 4 star as their is no car audio section at this store but I have never had a problem with the staff

Terrible service. You have to search the entire store for 15 mins to find a single staff member for help. They don't have any Apple headphones on display, you have to ask the staff to bring it from the back office.

Friendly customer service, they're very helpful. I ordered my Funko pop! Vinyl from there and they did not have the 1 i want in stock (Nacho Libre) and they went to phone in other stores, managed to locate 1, I came back in two days and now I own a Nacho Libre Pop! Vinyl Mint condition. Very happy with JB Hi-Fi. Thank you team.

Would be 5 stars but the guard thinks I am a criminal. Thus, never returning. The guards are a terrible addition to the store and NOBODY LIKES TO FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL. P S. I bought a $2000 TV from the store and I get searched still. Is 4* a good rating? Sack your sec staff because they are bullies to people with real money. End rant: security so tight I am scared to enter your store - FIX IT BOSS!

L high recommend this shop for everything you need staff helpful they sell all television and reason able price and most things you l brought a fit bit watch they set it up for no problem to help me out with that because l had no idea how to do it being old they me out so go and shop there it's a great shop
