51 Bought sony head phones for 99$
Wanted to try them pre purchase, the store wouldn't allow as they didn't have a display piece. That is absurd asall other model have a display piece.
The sales guy was least bit helpfull
Good in-store experience despite being fairly busy, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone.
Went in to purchase an Apple Watch, great customer service by a lovely gentleman called Omar! He helped me find the Apple Watch that suited my needs best and I really appreciate that. Lovely manners, great service and a great experience!
The place was good. But the persons who work as a watchman has an attitude problem. Overall, everything is organized there.
Slow service and almost just walked out without the product. Half your staff is also not wearing masks.
My experience in this store is horrible, went to buy camera and a phone, they didn't have phone, but got the camera, they were absolutely rude and not welcoming. The girl at counter is like boss, have no patience at all. I was asking for help but they were busy talking with one another. So disgraceful.
My initial first impression of this place JB hi-fi Bankstown was
that it is a very clean and safe place to be in. Overall I found most if the staff generally had good customer service and were polite and friendly to me. It was not overly crowded and did seem to be quite focus safe. The parking I found was actually quite convenient. I'd recommend this place JB hifi to others. I'll try to go back soon and get some photos to upload.

The first time ever I experienced a rude staff member.and when I voiced grieveance she laughed.wasn't helpful.if I had thought at the time I would've taken her pic and posted it on here and Facebook.in community group
Just bought a game today with my son and the lady behind the counter was quite rude to my son because he used all his gift card to pay for his game. No smile no nothing but rudeness.

Absolutely shocking service. What happened to good old customer service where someone comes up to you and asks if they can help you.
All of the young staff are to busy on their laptops and not enough time on the floor serving customers.

Thanks to dellan really appreciate your hard work helped me a lot i had my surface disabled from 2017 i couldnt fix i went to roselands a couple of times and they wouldnt take it because it was our of warranty came to bankstown and dellan just made everything easy
Terrible service
I called them before visiting the store to ask if they had a particular product in store they said yes
When I arrived in store they told me that they did not carry that product and offered me an alternative
I needed the brand and model I asked about on the phone

Good range and good prices with friendly service but it does get very busy and it might be hard finding help
Not great of service. Made me go through all way back to grab another piece and apparently that didn’t scan through as well. Gave me a free tip to buy from somewhere else. Just amazing advise!
Only one register accepting cash. Waited more than 15 minutes to be served. Cash should be accepted at all registers. It is a legal tender.

I give - 10000000000000000 stars forever. The worst unbelieveable down shop ever from before our era. I bought a camera which cost almost 600 dollars with certified guarantee for 2 years. First 2 days was good quality then auto focus was so poor and can't even make a video. I went back to refund it and then the staff there even with the manager says that the product has nothing wrong even though i showed them in front of their face the problem and they even see it and still teeling me that the product is good quality refusing in any way to refund my money and even refusing to repair it under warranty though the problem was there. This specific shop needs to be shut down immediately. They are selling illegal products which is so much poor quality and the appereance looks good in the eye. Costs a huge amount of money and they are practically stealing money from us in legal way.
