Not like any other JBHIFI.bit rude staff who can only answer in Yes and No and that also with difficulty.visited their other stores many times and found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Standard jbhifi.going under some renovations when i was there so some of the store was closed off (namely tvs and audio equipment, software, music, phones, home appliances were all still accessible).
Just had a pleasant experience with a couple of its friendly expert staff members who managed to offer me the best advices about buying a Samsung mobile. Well done guys!
I asked for a wall and USB charger for a Samsung s10e. Not only was the USB charger not compatible with the phone but the wall charger they suggested wasn't even compatible with a usb charger.
New floor layout (Easter 2021) but the same fantastic, enthusiastic, helpful staff.even if one of them is a ManU supporter.
Was ignored by staff when standing in the area fro headphones. Walked up and stood next to the TV for 7k had 2 people offer to help me within 2 mins.
The legends at JBHIFI let me charge my macbook in their store when I left my charger at my dads work and had an assessment due the next day 10/10 thanks for saving my marks
Great selection of products, really helpful staff who will go out of there way to find a product for you or inform you. Best part about these kinds brick-and-mortar tech stores is the TVs. If you wanna buy a TV, come somewhere like here to compare them in action, even if you don't buy here.
This store isn't the biggest JB but still retains a good amount of products. It's a little inconsistent in regards to service. Sometimes staff are very attentive a d helpful, other times you can't get anyone to help you.
Called in asking for store stock. Lady name melinda or melissa was so unhelpful and rude. Wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Won't dare step to the store to see how horrible they might all be.
I was just 10 min before closing the store looking for a phone for my son and Grace at the store was very helpful and helped me find the right phone with insurance cover!
