34Rini was really busy but still assisted me in picking out new headphones for my new gaming setup. She gave me really good recommendations and I was so glad she helped me.
I generally only use jb hifi for purchasing DVDs online, whilst I have purchased mobile phones outright, camera and a laptop in years gone by on sale in store. I had to return a DVD and not the first time. Always helpful!
Everything went well with the staff there, he was attentive and answered my questions about the products. However, I paid $649 and didn’t even get a bag for putting my newly bought iPad in, so a bit disappointing. Actually, I saw another guy got a bag when he walked out of the store just a few minutes before. So didn’t know what happened but it’s certainly not a good customer service experience there.
Tried calling many times to check on stock and price. No one attended phone.
Later in day i was put on never ending hold, when my call went through
Got a laptop and microsoft 360 and a Norton data protection. They gave a physical receipt and an email receipt.
I lost the physical receipt with the key. So went to the store - told off saying - they can’t give me the key anymore; I’d have to buy again!
There goes 300 $ down the drain. One flimsy paper receipt is all what it takes.
Extremely unhappy with this system!
5 star for HALEY at the checkout register. She just made my experience better by offering a price match even me without asking. Also she was very professional and patient through out the checkout process. Explained me about the difference between 2 different SD cards. JB Hifi you definitely need more people like Haley and build a strong community to deliver the best customer experience.
I really appreciate the customer service provided by Heather at the Rouse Hill store. She was very patient and supportive and made the whole transition so easy and quick.
I have never received such a great customer service from any store or individual and would definitely give Heather a 10/10.
I went for the return and ended up buying a Deebot T9+ just because of the customer service.
My recommendation is JB Rouse hill, over any other store in the proximity.

Amazing staff, very helpful, fast and efficient. Have bought multiple things from this store in the past week. Special shout out to Heather who assisted me with a faulty TV replacement.
I have had two great online/telephone experiences in the past Month, the first with Sam and the second with Isaac, both orders were placed easily and both deliveries received very promptly.
Highly recommend the store based on these, and also numerous previous experiences.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2019 (for work) and a vacuum cleaner as my old vacuum cleaner broke.
Hayley provided lots of useful information regarding Samsung Jet 70 pet vacuum cleaner and jet station silver to use with.
She was also patient, supportive, professional and knowledgeable.

I love the new shop layout! There seems to be more variety of stuff in there now too. Finding what I wanted was easy and the staff are attentive. It's like a breath of fresh air! Get over there and have a look for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
DEFINATELY A ZERO. I am so frustrated I bought a Lenovo Laptop on early April 2021 from the Rouse Hill store and sent it to Fiji (still in it's original Lenovo box not opened) by Post Australia. My niece is doing her Year 12 studies and she needed a Laptop to complete her assignments and other research works. To our Disappointment when the Lenovo Laptop arrived the screen did not on or work. When we took it to a Laptop authorized engineer a registered company who is well known for repairing computers in Fiji to our surprise there was NO SCREEN CABLE inside the Laptop. I bought the Laptop for approx. A$700 and the courier costed me around A$200. Upon my calls to JB Hi Fi and Lenovo NO ONE wants to help me even me asking to provide me a screen cable and I will get the laptop fixed in Fiji. I called JB HI FI almost 4 times and Lenovo 11 times with no help. Lenovo all they told me in the end is that the laptop has No International Warranty and therefore they couldn't do anything. I'm sooo disappointed and feels soo CHEATED! Till today I have not been helped. I have bought many things from JB HI Fi rouse hill and other stores and yet I am treated like nobody

This store does currently seem to have a lot of unused space which could be used for extra stock or range, albeit almost has an apple store look (which some people might enjoy).
Although the store was quiet, we had excellent attention and service from the staff.
We were never pressured or felt we needed to hurry up.
A special mention must go to Dave. He was knowledgeable and very patient with us non technical oldies.
Staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Prompt and friendly service from people who knew what they were talking about. Will definitely be returning in future.
They are changing the store atm, so it's a bit of a mess but generally this is a great store. Friendly staff with loads of knowledge. I hope they keep the same amount of products and variations they had before.
Friendly staff were very helpful in providing accurate information about phones I was looking at purchasing. Also gave a decent discount on the marked price of the phone and phone case that I bought.
Accessibilty: flat surfaces, wide aisles no stairs. Cash registers are at the back of the store which I find annoying as it requires additional walking for those who use mobility aids.
My go to place for all things tech. Great range, great prices and great service.

I was asking where the square readers where and 3 people had no idea what I was talking about.
When I found someone who knew what it was he couldn't be bothered to stop texting someone to even walk me to where the item was.
Will never shop here again.
Went into the store regarding our baby monitor where the charger had stopped working.
Of course the warranty had just passed by two months, so they couldn't help with a replacement, we were stressed by not being able to use it that night and the only other option was to buy a replacement part which would take 3-5 days to arrive.
The team looked at the issue and found a charging cable for $14 that fitted the port, stress level dropped and a quick fix THANKS TEAM
