Excellent service. Fixed an issue in my vehicle which my previous meechanic didn't AND for a reasonable price.
Highly recommend their service.

The team at jax tyres are the best. They are all so friendly and actually helpful without trying to sell you something you dont need. Josh was absolutely great to deal with, this isn't my first positive experience with the guys here either. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and friendly experience. I'll defiantly be using them for all my future car needs. Thank you guys again

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Good coffee whilst you wait, which is normally not very long. All services and motor vehicles are catered for. We have been using Jax at Warilla for over 15 years. Never ever had a problem they could not fix. Well done guys. Ross and Margaret.

JAX WARILLA charges prices individually when they should be quoted in the price of the tire. Had one light globe blown and got charged for two!

Jax Tyres at Warilla is awesome! They wont try and sell you something you don't need. They recently saved me spending $600 on a repair that my dealer told me had to be done. Highly recommend!

Had my van in for a service and tyre rotation. When i picked it up the car pulled to the right and the steering wheel was out of line. I took it back for them to fix it. They told me i need a wheel alignment and my tyres were worn. My tyres were fine and got outside advice to say that my car should not be pulling to any direction or the steering wheel pointing in da different direction after a tyre rotation. After trying to talk with a staff member about it saying im not inclined to pay 60 dollars to fix a mistake he went off at me, wouldnt let me speak and also threatened me with doing it 'the hard way'.

Bought 4 new tyres, staff were excellent at providing information on best tyres and prices competitive. Service centre very clean and professional. Staff advised I would receive reminders to have tyres checked and realigned, if required, and that is most welcome, as in today's busy world we often forget that the most important item on your car for safety and reliability is, in fact, your tyres. I was recommended to this business and to date the experience has been most favourable. Thank you to the staff.

Nothing was a problem to the crew at JAX Tyres Warilla. I rang requesting the fitting of tyres I had & a rotation at the last minute, not a problem.

I had to have my vehicle looked at asap after squealing came from the engine. Same day they replaced all three belts without charging a fortune. Amazing service. I was in my way back to Brisbane the next day and the vehicle was as good as.

If you actually care about your car, id advise too avoid this place, they caused damage too my near brand new car, without consulting me they decided too jam my 5 original tyres into my small car, leaving permanent marks on the interior head liner. They also damaged every single rim, an employee admitted that they should have used the plastic knife on the tyre machine but couldn't be bothered. They even failed too put the correct air pressure in all 5 tyres, ranging from 32psi too 43psi. They lied and told me a professional detailer would be coming too correct the damage caused, and told me too leave the car with them, knowing full well how unprofessional an untrustworthy this business is I stayed with the car. Then caught one off the "tyre fitters" trying too clean the car, i had too stop him from causing further damage. The owner and employees off this business should not be trusted with any car you care about. When asking for a refund for services provided the owner Greg told me it was my fault it happened.

Greg and team were very helpful and nothing was a problem. My car was serviced quickly and professionally. The technician called and explained any extra work that was required.

I can’t recommend Jax in Warilla, Shellharbour enough. From CTP Greenslips, to tyres and brakes I am always impressed with the friendly, professional and expert service.
Every time we take our family vehicles in the quality of service from the front office to the workshop is A+. They are also upfront snd honest about options and costs.
Our Jax are a local business and are obviously interested in building good relationships with their customers and local community.
Courtesy tea and coffee is icing on the cake.

Great friendly service from the guys. Prompt attention to my cars. Would be better if the total cost of tyres was quoted instead of adding on cost of valves, balance, disposal of old tyres later. Otherwise couldn't be faulted.
