JAX Tyres Warilla

First time at Jax Tyres Warilla. Went for a fego check at the last minute, Greg was a very nice man, funny too the workshop was immaculate, waiting room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. I needed 2 new tyres for my car to pass rego and they were able to do that for me on the spot, I am very impressed with the hard work and service from the team and have decided that I will be using them for all my tyre needs in the future. Staff at the customer service desk and counter are good. They're calm and well-mannered. I will come back here again and again. I recommend them to anyone I know that requires small vehicle services. 7 STARS!

Always easy to deal with, fit tyres, and fix any mechanical issues with no fuss. Prices are reasonable too.

Great service from true professionals. Had the tyres fitted and aligned all in an hour or so.

Can not fault Greg, Josh and the team. They didn't give up on my car till the problem was solved. Honesty is the best policy and that's what I got!

Worth the drive from home.

The guys are very understanding of their clients circumstances. They arnt just in it for the money they actually care for their customers

Called in sat morn 11th march with half to spare before closing, we were very well looked after, great staff great service by the only mechanic there at the time, thanks sooo much for your help

Absolute legends! I had a nail in my tyre and it was going down pretty fast, called them up, they said to come straight down. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They also checked and filled my other tyres aswell. Service with a smile (coffee on site) Highly recommended

Greg and the Team are amazing. I have been here more times than I can count over the past few years and I can’t fault them. As a female in can sometimes be intimidating to deal with mechanics and it’s easy to be taken for a ride. Definitely not like this at Jax Warilla. Their customer service is also always great and this is why I will keep coming back.

I'm travelling to Qld in a week & needed a tyre check and headlight bulb changed. It's not often you not only receive excellent customer service but they didn't try to rip me off by trying to sell me tyres I didn't need.

I have been everytime my tires need replacing. Open communication and great customer service.

I have been going to Jax Tyres Warilla for many years and only because I receive friendly service, prompt supply of product, and professional workmanship. It's never a problem to organise and adjust an appointment with them. Greg, Josh and the team are the ones to beat. Customer service is a big thing for me. I only want to associate with a company and group of people that care about what I need. Tyres are a high priced item in budgeting for car maintenance, so quality product and a great job done is what I want, and is accomplished every time. Thanks guys, your the best.

Never going back to this place again They are nothing but a bunch of lying argument people if you are keeping any Tyers On your car take a photo or put some markings on it, that was My mistake would not recommend Warilla Jax Tyers to anyone (ever) Go somewhere else for honestly in reply to your answer I know what tyres i had on the front of my car I'm not asking for free tyres i only wanted My original Fire stone tyres change from the front to the back I went to bridge stone last week to get a new tyre to match the other tyre on the front of my car so you can say what you want but you and your employees are not going to pull the wool over My head with the dishonest comments I'm only writing the truth I'm still upset with how i was treated you were right about my tyres being different because i had two Fire stone on the front and two Pirelli tyres on the back now i have 3 Pirelli tyres and 1 Fire stone

Bought 4 new tyres, staff were excellent at providing information on best tyres and prices competitive. Service centre very clean and professional. Staff advised I would receive reminders to have tyres checked and realigned, if required, and that is most welcome, as in today's busy world we often forget that the most important item on your car for safety and reliability is, in fact, your tyres. I was recommended to this business and to date the experience has been most favourable. Thank you to the staff.

Went to Jax tyres for a trailer rego slip their so incompetent, dodgy…… they tried to bluff me scam me for repairs $$$$$$$$ scammers I won’t be going back ever held for ransom until they receive scam money their very abrupt they have no people skills seriously don’t go there I’d definitely give zero stars if I could their shonky they didn’t even check the wheel bearings totally avoid the business they we’re trying to fail me on multiple things including the number plate light they told me to turn my car lights and said that it wasn’t working that’s because it was in the middle of the day sun fully out and you couldn’t see cause it was so bright if you go in not know around a car they will rack up things you don’t even need done DONT GO

Go somewhere else for a pink slip they will try to make a couple thousand dollars on suspension.

These guys are efficient, friendly, supportive, give best value for money and always helpful. I’ve had repair work, registrations and tyres done here and believe they’re the best at what they do in the Illawarra.
