Recently purchased wheels and tyres from Jake at Jax Tweed Heads. Received great advice and excellent service.

Used Jax in Tweed to put our new German performance wheels on. They had to swap the tyres and balance them. They took the utmost care with our beautiful new wheels - thank you!

Darren was very helpful and courteous when I phoned and ordered 2 new Trailer tyres. Rang mid afternoon Wednesday Dropped wheels off 10am Thursday, tyres had arrived and fitted in 10minutes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got wheels out of van and returned to van when finished. (I’ll be back)

JAX Tyres are first rate company, I would recommend anybody to have them do your work on your car/truck.

Darren and the guys saved the day down at Jax. I'm 800k from home and had a puncture on a hard to find tyre. They rang around everywhere to find one then managed to repair the old one and get me back on the road. 6 Star effort in not much more time than it takes for a Bathurst pit stop! Had new set of tyres, and mechanical work done on my car. Service was professional, efficient, fast and friendly. Would recommend them no problem. Have been to a few Jax outlets from Port Macquarie to Hervey Bay over past 3 years. They are by far the best to all I've been to.

Excellent welcome and service at JAX Tyres Tweed Heads today. I had a big day ahead of me with shuttling our horses to the vet. Therefore, I was eager to get 4 new tyres on and get going before the day turned hot. It was all done in no time including the wheel alignment. Car is driving nice. Got a good deal as well and an invite to come back after 10.000kms for rotating the wheels. Thanks guys - I will be back!

I'm very grateful to the crew at Jax who helped me out when I arrived on closing time yesterday. I needed help with changing a flat as it was not straight forward. They put my spare on enabeling me to get home to Ocean Shores I explained that it was a company car so they would buy a tyre elswhere. I took up 1/2 hour of their time and they refused payment.

My ute was there for an extra day than first mentioned, the parts that were used i later compared to ebay costs and were much more expensive and front struts were double the price. My ute was left parked right near a concrete bollard behind me and a car in front of me, was rainy and foggy and now i have a rather large dent in my tail gate now which was a nice commodore ute with no dents what so ever. Very upset at the whole experience.

Quality Quotes and Advice. With all work and Service. Thoroughly checked with reassuring the Owner of safety and possible future issues that may arise.

This is the best old fashion service you will ever get. I had my tyres checked today thought I had a problem but no they took the tyre off and because there was no problem except needing some air, they never charged me as they said they did not do anything but they did as they took the tyre off and checked it great honesty which is not always the case thanks guys I would highly recommend this company
