Absolutely terrible service. Call up and organise 4 new tyres only to turn up on the day and find not only did they not have my booking, they didn't order the tyres and then tried charging $200 more than I was quoted over the phone. Even after letting them know the date and time of the phonecall. Won't be going back.

Jax is the friend you don’t see that often but when you need them, they’re there.
They also just recently “didn’t rip off my mum” (her words) … so yeah, that’s a good friend you can count on.

We went in to buy new tyres and the honest manager said that we only need to rotate and balance with a wheel alignment How is that for service

Great service, they were very helpful and proactive with tyres suggestions for my VW Golf Alltrack.

The fellow I spoke to over the phone at time of my initial enquiring about my two new runflat tyres was courteous and helpful and not pushy. Their price was reasonable and Jax were able to get the stock in several days quicker than other tyre specialists. I also appreciated how I was spoken to, as other tyre places or mechanics I have been to over the years have treated me differently as if I don’t know anything just for being female. Also have to note, that I read the only bad review, and I believe that same female staff member was there when I picked up my car. I can see someone may think her rude, but I saw a hard working person in a very busy work environment. I was pleasant to her when I could visibly see she was busy and she was in turn pleasant back to me. Highly recommend Jax -Tweed Heads

They're very busy. It's easier for them if the tyre is removed and dropped off. If you need help getting the tyre off or on be prepared to wait.

As usual, Jax Tweed Heads again provided excellent customer service and a clear 'no-nonsense' explanation of the mechanical repairs my car needed.

Jax tyres at Tweed Heads South are a fantastic place to take your car. The staff are excellent and always extremely helpful.

Never before have I experienced such bad customer service. As a family business you would imagine staff would have a basic understanding of speaking politely to their customers. When I arrived I was greeted by some friendly workers, up until a rude female receptionist came storming out telling me 'Not to talk to the workers because they're busy' - almost like I worked there.
After that point she directed me inside like an angry school teacher, then demanded for my keys with an impatient, salty attitude. After I asked her to speak to me with some respect, her 'son' came to her side asking me to leave.which I did because I no longer wanted to do business with such rude staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND - go elsewhere, they give the JAX Tyres brand a bad name, and I'll be placing a complaint about their franchise to JAX head office for such terrible service.

These guys are bloody legends! We called every tyre place in Tweed, and JAX was by far the best to deal with. I can't recommend their service any higher! The Amarok loves it's new 33's. Stoked with the service - will be back again 100%.
