Gian was extremely helpful and explained the entire service to expect from Jax over the life of the new tyres. (Price of these Continental tyres was the best I found online and there was also a $50 discount on top.)

Very happy with JAX Tyres in Thornleigh. They always seem to be able to let you come in and help you at very short notice. They are very clear with the potential options they have for you and what the associated costs are so you can make an informed decision. Would highly recommend based on their excellent service!

I use Jax to service my 4wd and they offer a prompt professional service. In particular their communication is excellent with accurate timelines for completion of work and good explanation of any issues with the vehicle plus options for repair.

I popped into Jacks, Thornleigh recently with a screw in my tyre. They were friendly, fast, professional and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The staff here are passionate and professional. Marc and Gian made me feel excited when I ordered my Koya wheels. They both know their stuff, true professionals at what they do. Everything went very smoothly from the moment I had to order everything right to the fitting process. Marc was so excited for me he called me on the Friday afternoon at 4pm to get them fitted so I had them on for the weekend. Legend.
That's what I call someone who is passionate about their jobs. They gave me a service plan for the life of the tyres which always comes in handy cause I always look after my tyres. Gian and Marc beat the price that I originally got somewhere else by $100, even if I didn't get the price beat I still would have gone with them given how good they were and are local to me, 5 minutes away from home, plus better off helping local workers.
Highly recommend this business.

Gian and the team were great, they patched up my tyre rather than making me pay for another new tyre. Great services at very affordable prices.

The staff here are amazing and so helpful. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Mark in particular was great. The reasonable prices here are great - other places like dealerships try to rip you off. The JAX team give great recommendations and are efficient in working. The waiting area was great with a coffee machine. The friendly staff atmosphere is what makes this place so great. Can’t thank them enough for their help!

Friendly staff, quick, easy, clean premises, nice waiting area with a coffee machine and free WiFi. Just one minor issue and two recommendations: 1) the guy who drove my car did not use indicators, 2) my car was running on reserve fuel.if you would have reminded me that I would give you a bonus. Not your responsibility hence the bonus. 3) If you place a few fixed toys in the waiting area, parents with kids can conveniently wait for their cars:)

Wouldn’t give them my business again. I booked my car in for a major service a week in advance, took leave from work and dropped the car off. On pick up they told me they didn’t do most of the service requirements as they didn’t order the parts in. I asked to speak to the manager who apologised and explained they’ll contact me within a week and will sort it out. Never heard anything again.
On top of this I wanted to replace my continentals, I was talked into a model of Bridgestones that I instantly found to be noisy and bad grip in the wet.

Great attention to customer concerns. Was getting a vehicle fitted with new Pirelli tyres that did not arrive from the distributor at the nominated time. Was a situation out of Jax control but the staff kept chasing the supplier down to locate the delivery driver and ETA - kept me informed all the way - very professional. Complimentary coffee appreciated too but could have a more diverse magazine collection!

Very friendly helpful staff, who patiently explain the problem and repair costs up front. Waiting is fine as they have a lovely clean waiting area with a coffee machine. They're pretty fast anyway, so you don't have long to wait. I was there last year, this year, and most likely again next year. I stick to a good thing. Highly recommended.
