Really bad. They charged me 200$ mechanical labour for changing oils and filters in total 500$ to changing oil and filters.

I rang in the morning to see if I could book in to replace a badly damaged tyre. Mark said no stock but he could order one. It arrived in store later in the day and the guys changed my shredded tyre within 20 mins of me arriving. Always terrific, friendly service from the team at Jax Thornleigh!

Absolutely horrific service.

They gave me a quote for $6000, with the car knowledge I had I knew they where lying. I took the car to my mechanic and he quoted me $700 and told me they tried to scam me. Do not go to them not even for tyres.

Mark is extremely friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to help me when needed and are very reasonably priced.

Don’t go to these guys, just ultra money hungry and will try to screw you, they’ll lie about issues you have with your car to try get you to spend thousands of dollars, I’ve seen it happen to several of my close friends and family, just lucky I haven’t gone myself.

The team at Jax are fantastic. They are sharp, helpful, responsive and offer good advice as to which tyres to use for road, and all terrain situations. Their follow up is amazing, and on top of that, their prices are reasonable.

Very happy customer! My mate recommended this place and it didn't disappointed. They managed to get tyres for my car in a day after calling them and able to complete the job next day in the morning. I was already riding on a spare one so really needed to get this done fast. Very fast and efficient service, friendly staff and great prices.

Selected JAX based on the positive reviews and now I'm happy to contribute another positive review! The quote process over the phone was very clear and they were able to fit me in very quickly.
My usual service partner advised I needed a new water pump as it was leaking coolant and was quoted $850. JAX monitored my car all day and didn't notice any leaking coolant. They replaced a radiator cap which cost $35. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back!

Tax Tyres at Thornleigh is a great place to buy tyres and the follow up service is beyond reproach!

John managed to source Tesla Model 3 LR tyres that are nearly impossible to obtain at present (August 2022). Professionally fitted, balanced, wheel alignment etc. A good price too!
