I went in to Jax on Friday for some new tyres and a wheel alignment. I was looked after by Blake, who was able to give me an affordable price for the prices and took care of me on the wheel alignment. I was very happy with his customer service and the quality of the tyres + alignment was great.

I arrived on a really tight schedule to get one almost flat tyre on a car withou spare to be fixed without previous booking, express service was excellent and I was able to complete my assigned commitments for the day. Thanks so much for your great help.

The guys at Jax Smithfield are busy (which says something) and always accomodating. Needed to get my LDV T60wheel alignment done before Chrissy and sorted it out before my trip away. Awesome service! Highly recommend.

The work done on my car is actually massively noticeable, driving it home you could feel how good it was running. They didn't try and say work needed doing that didn't (which normally happens alot as a female) the customer service was beyond what I expected, they were so helpful and understanding to my situation. I highly recommend them, I will only be going to them from now on. Honestly so happy

Arrived late Saturday morning for a puncture repair. Very accommodating and were able to fit me in at short notice. I was very appreciated as I had a 2 hour drive home.
Very friendly staff, very clean premises. Highly recommend.

Great customer service by the team at JAX Tyres & Auto Smithfield. They were willing to service my car without a booking late Friday afternoon. They worked beyond closing time to get the job done. Much appreciated!

I rushed to make to the shop before close to get a wheel/tyre inspected and repaired after it went flat and I literally couldn’t inflate it.
I made it to the shop about a half hour before close, but there were still a few cars waiting to be finished before they could even think of looking at mine.
They guys could tell that I was uneasy with having a spacesaver spare tyre on the car and stayed back and made sure the tyre was fixed and put it on the car.
The guys were gentlemen and absolute legends for helping me out so late in the day!
I’ll definitely be coming back again with the rest of my families and my own cars and also will definitely be recommending to everyone!
