The team at JAX Tyres & Auto Smithfield provide great customer service and are open and honest with any issues. They have a great range of services at competitive prices.

I can’t thank JAX enough for their great service and most of all their attention to detail. They picked up on an issue that I’ve had with my tyres that should have been rectified by other mechanics and were transparent about the cost of various tyre brands which were all of high quality. I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great repairs and tires, and the nitro in the tires is excellent - this store is highly recommended.

This is an official complaint.

My car registration is DD14HO. I just had a service done today from Smithfield Jax Tyres. I spent nearly 4 hours today and they only changed the oil filter and the engine oil in my car. On paper they said that they do a log book service and did stamp my logbook but they didn’t do any of the things which were mentioned in that. My car is from Splend PTY LTD. Can you please get this fixed ASAP.

Fantastic customer service. The staff were super friendly and also informative and knowledgeable on their products and services. I can see that the store team gels very well, all of them had a smile on their face and were willing to help each other out in the workshop if one of them had an issue with something. Not often do you see that!

Previous management was fantastic. I’ve been going here for years and soon as I walked in they look after me. Walked in today with an urgent quick issue and they can’t do nothing for a few hours. I will be not going back here again. So much for being a VIP customer

When I first entered the door I was greated enthusiastically +1, even got into a small conversation about the increased value of my car +1 Came 30 mins early to my booking and they started right away +1 Cafe right next door for convenience and waiting +0 When leaving young bloke said "did you pay for it" like I was trying to steal something even though I was holding my invoice -3

Marcel and staff are good guys. Although apprentices are a bit inexperienced and had to re-do the job several times. I would not recommend the main Manager as he cheated on the price quoted. He changed the pricing discussed and agreed but changed the pricing on the notes so the next day i came (and he wasn’t there) I had no choice but to accept the pricing due to driving a long time and I had to get the job done. I would not recommend this place only due to the cheating Main Manager.

The gentleman on the desk is very welcoming and delivered great Customer Service. I received updates on the progress throughout the day and the pricing wasn’t too bad for what was done

I am a regular customer and another good job done again today. However, my book in time was 11: 30 and I was given a completion time of noon. Despite an early drop off at 11am, the job was not finished till after 1: 30. It messed up my day completely.

The team at Jax Smithfield was fantastic when dealing with my VW. Marcel was particularly helpful making sure things went as smoothly as possible. Got my brakes (pads and rotors), 4 new tyres and new battery all changed for a great price compared to other mechanics. Have also serviced my wifes corolla here at a great price, will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family!

The service I received was over and above what is expected. Highly recommend this business.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I rang the Smithfield branch for the first time today and was BLOWN AWAY with the excellent service I received from Blake!

I was wanting to have the tyres on my Toyota Kluger emptied of air and refilled with nitrogen as soon as possible ahead of a long drive tomorrow and he was able to accommodate my car as soon as I could drive to his workshop.

True to his word, upon arriving I was directed to park in front of one of the workshop bays for immediate while-you-wait service!

The mechanic who attended to my car was friendly, professional and super efficient.

Blake came over to personally empty & refill the spare under my car - not easy with everything I have in the back - this did not phase him one bit.he just started to carefully remove crates as I assisted him.

Before I knew it, my car was ready!

What astonished me the most.was the price - Nothing / Nil / Zilch!

How incredible! I tried to pay however Blake would not hear of it.

Blake and his team have won my business and I will be recommending anyone & everyone who wants first class service for their tyres, brakes and mechanical services to contact Blake and the team at Jax Tyres & Auto Smithfield!

These guys know there stuff! Im always concern taking an EV in for wheels and tyres as some shops are not overly friendly, but these guys were great! I got there and was another Tesla was there already! Sorted out my puncture in no time at all! I will be back!

Went to them for tyre replacement. They gave me a very good deal. They have all the machines in one place which saved me a trip to another shop for getting alignment done. The service was fast, didn't waste any time waiting. Will go there again.

Before heading in I booked an appointment over the phone same day. Greeted with a smile and in and out in no time at all. Great Service Thankyou!

Highly recommended, the team were friendly, and I got my tyre repaired faster and cheaper than what their local competitors quoted me.

Had a flat damaged tire, they were helpful and changed it for me with my spare. Recommended a new set as they were getting bald. But didn't pressure me at all, just said to give them a call when I'm ready.

No charge for their help and time. Thanks guys!
