Great customer service. We booked over the phone for same day appointment. It was done on about 30 minutes.

The team changed our two front tires with a pair of Michelin Pilot 4 Sport which are incredibly quiet and comfy.

I have been coming here for tyres, wheel alignment and a puncture repairs since lockdown.
Prices are competitive, but the service is superior to other places I’ve been to.
Soma is a great from their front of house. Always polite and takes the time to help you get the best out of the tyres.
I was late coming back to pick up my puncture repair, and while the wheel was being out back on the car I watched Soma take the time to explain to a customer how the team were diagnosing an intermittent issue with her car.

Great experience, booked and paid for tyres with Jax online which were the best price for Australian imported Michelins, they didn't scratch the wheels at all, spent a lot of time getting the tyres on properly and did a rego check without hassle!

Very efficient from making the initial booking to dropping off the car, authorising work to be done and picking it up.

I dont normally share the experience unless it is very bad. This is the WORST service centre I have ever visited. One of the staffs is very rude and annoying. We had a flat tyre fixed here, but they lost the key and mis-diagnosed. Eventually, they found the key and offered the right bill, but it was very un-friendly. I would not recommend this centre if you are sensible to the staff's behaviour.

Always friendly team, always happy to help - great location, good service and pricing. We are repeat customers and have used JAX for tyres, remote batteries and car rego service. I'm sure there's more they do!
