Great service, genuine people. I came in for a wheel allignment but my tyres were told worn. He didn't have replacements. My fault, I wasted his time but he didn't charge me.

The team at Jax Tyres & Auto Pymble, have always given me great service and always provide genuine advice. They never try and sell me services that I did not require and the same is true with conversations I have overheard with other customers while in the waiting room.
They have always been very professional in their dealings with me. They are very competitive on the prices. I no longer try shopping around, but go straight to them for tyres, regos and servicing.

Be careful about the price of parts used in your service. You will be charged significantly over the market. For example I was charged a per brake rotor charge when online suppliers were selling pairs of discs for the same price Jax charged for one. I ended up paying $925 for replacement rotors and brake pads for rear wheels only. Very unsatisfactory pricing model for parts, but the labour was acceptable.

The team at Jax Tyres & Auto Pymble have been excellent to deal with and I can't recommend them enough. As a business owner, we have used many mechanics over the years and without doubt Jax Tyres & Auto Pymble provides unparalleled service.

Friendly staff. They call before commencing the service to discuss in detail, which as a woman, is appreciated. Many car service places do not.

Had a new set of tyres fitted. Only complaint was the price varied from quoted price and then added balancing/alignment as a option. Overall pleased with the result. Very smooth.

Got a flat in Lindfield, called, answered straight away, had exact tyre in stock, good price that included everything, no hidden charges, was being attended too 10 minutes later, had a coffee all fixed with in 30 minutes, was given a complimentary balance, rotation, nitogen, alignment.
Couldn't ask for more.

Jax tyres have maintained my car in the best condition and given good advice on repair jobs. They will find the best way to repair the car and will only attend to the work as required. The knowledge of their workshop mechanic and experience is commendable.

The front of house staff at JAX Pymble are polite and very attentive. Their schedule was too busy for a tyre puncture repair at the time I visited (a weekday afternoon), but the interactions I had along with their reviews I'm reading gives me confidence to visit them again in the future.

Edit (Aug 2022) : Have been back to JAX Pymble over the last couple years for about $2k worth of tyres. Front of house staff are great, and fixed an error made on my wheel alignment no questions asked. The technicians also align the balance point dot with the wheel valve stem - not many shops I've seen do this - which is a reflection of their attention to detail.

Fabulous place! The guys on the desk are so lovely and explain everything. I also feel like I am getting a fair price.

Great professional, efficient, genuine service from Jax tyres and auto. They provide great advice for what’s best for the customer and have proper work practises compared to the place on the highway who don’t bother to torque bolts down and have no care for customers rims.

This place is great, the people is quiter knowleadgable and effcient. Prices are competitive and service is great.
