Awesome bunch of guys, prices were exceptional for some tires that were hard to find, excellent attention to detail from the staff and excellent communication as well.

Had a tyre with 2 nails in it left it with them said they would ring me after lunch about 1hr later it was ready prompt service thanks jax tyres nowra

We got a flat tyre leaving a remote campsite about 40 mins out of Nowra, stuck the spare on and got to Nowra where the team at Jax did an awesome job. They put a new tyre on, put the spare back under the car and checked the other tyres for us before we were on our way again. It was all done really quickly and professionally, I can’t rate them highly enough. Thanks very much to Adam and the two other guys (sorry didn’t catch your names) that helped us out.

I went to have my cars brakes done. Service was excellent and I was pleased with the way the mechanics took care to explain the issues and what to do and how it was fixed. All round good service. I felt like my safety was of utmost importance to them. Thank you Jax!

Bloody Great service Was told Bye Bob Jane it was to hard for them to do a Wheel Alignement On my Hummer And Didn’t even try to help me

Miles and crew provide top service and pricing. I bought tyres on a EOY special, which were happily stored for me till required. Have bought from here for years and can totally recommend.

Have bought tyres from here for ages. 5 cars at our place. Went to get pressures and wear checked as daughter driving to orange. Told would have to wait 40 mins or come back another day. After sales service is non existent here. Not the first time this has happened but the last as will not be going back. Went to beaurepairs and they did it strait away. Even the spare. They have our business from now on

Had they guys fit a set of coil overs to my ute and that's exactly what they did, they didn't tune them or make any adjustments. I found this out when I had a blow out on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere. I call the manager on the Monday morning and was met with excuses as to why they didn't make any adjustments and just fitted them.the manager came across as smug, arrogant and unhelpful he wanted to change me to refit them so I went to another tyre shop (Bomaderry tyres) and then sorted it all out at half the original cost and where happy to help me.

Can't speak highly enough of the entire experience. Extremely professional workmanship backed up by friendly customer service. Highly recommended

Would Highly not recommend these guys at all! Rang store to order x5 MT tyres 265/75/R16 that was online and on sale and said store was in stock. Only to be told their not in stock I would have to wait till Monday then to be told cause I’m asking for a odd size that I’m going to require to come to the store to leave a non refundable 50% deposit. When I questioned why as I’ve never had to leave a deposit there before. The manager got really defensive and said to bad this isn’t a franchise and it’s a company store now and things have changed around here and that I will have to leave a deposit before he orders them as he doesn’t want them laying around if they do fit my Ute.

With that attitude I’m surprised they even have customers and if his attitude was better and explained it with out the cocky attitude maybe I would of left a deposit and maybe Kmart Tyre and auto wouldn’t of just got $1475 out of me and guess what didn’t have to leave a deposit with them to be ordered and be fitted up on Monday!

I think these guys need a service of them own a change in customer service skills!

I have been a jax customer for many yrs but when jax recently closed and I saw advertisements they had not paid there staff I was disappointed. However when they re opened I was hesitant to go back, but I relunctently did. I took a wheel barrow wheel to get repaired. They tried to sell me a new tyre. I refused and said “ just sell me a tube, I will repair myself”. They then quoted $38 for a tube that sells on eBay delivered to your door for $13. How disappointed, I will never go there again. Premium tyres has my custom from here on. It just shows they really are a rip off.

Booked in for tire replacement and wheel alignment for 1430 i was able to make it earlier they fitted me in earlier than my appointment time so I was very happy.service was great i will be back.thank you

Was half the price to get car serviced than the dealers and staff were very friendly. The manager at the time had the same car as ours which is good so he knew what he was doing.

The best tyre store in the region. Great service, excellent range and Jax deals are awesome.

Had 4 tyres fitted today to a kia rio, im sure they seen a girl car and see dollar signs, wanted 65 dollars for a new air filter, my air filter had been replaced less than 4000 km ago, curiously checked when i got home, was in perfect condition, also told me i needed a camber kit to get my front wheel alignment in for 220, if i need an after market camber kit in my car for a wheel alignment there are serious issues. Tyres were good, good price, cant trust them as far as you can throw them
