Excellent tyres, excellent service - most helpful and highly experienced. 4th set of tyres for different vehicles (4WD, trailer, son's car). Most impressed with quality and service - standout. Yes it costs a bit for great tyres, but what's your life worth?

Jax have always provided us with professional servicing and tyres. We couldn't rate them more highly.

Great place, great customer service! Take my car here eveytime I need inspection, or have to have it serviced.

My one complaint, the inside needs a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There are dead insects and cobwebs everywhere. And the seats they have for customers are the worst! You will lose feeling in your legs and bum if you sit for to long on those chairs. Bring a cushion or your very own chair if you are going to sit for any length of time there, while you wait to collect your car!

Hopefully someone from JAX Tyres & Auto in Nowra will read this and do something about fixing up the inside of that store!

I've been using Jax for several years in Nowra and have always had a good experience. Staff have been helpful and friendly and offer good advice. I was having an issue with a very slow leak in a back wheel and Jax went out of their way to diagnose the problem which wasn't the tyre, but in fact a problem with my 3 piece rims. They did a great job in fixing the issue which meant totally disassembling the wheel to repair the issue. No more leak. Kept me informed of how long they would need the car and had it back to me exactly when they said. Also repair price was really good given the amount of labour.

I would recommend Jax Nowra to anyone.

Darren and his team at Jax tyres do an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for Darren. The end result is a job well done. Throughly recommend.

Very friendly but had to return twice after a wheel alignment because the steering was pulling to the left and then again because my steering wheel wasn’t straight and still isn’t straight. I don’t feel I can return a forth time and will have to go elsewhere to get the steering straight

Had intemittent power problems in my R51 Pathfinder, i was told that a service might fix it for $250.2 new tyres, rear rotors and pads replaced, cv boots reclamping, 3 wiper replacement fo $60, the actual Service and $387 in labour. I drove out of Jax for the vehicle to have the same power problem after being told, "it didnt miss a beat. "
Normally, I would not leave a negative response but after paying $1500, they fixed everything else but the problem, and after another 4 days I was told to take it somewhere else to get it fixed as it was outside of their capacity to fix.

Went to Jax Tyres after Nowra Toyota failed my cars rego check - needed 2 tyres and the rear top brake light needed replacing.quoted $450 plus labour for the light and $145 - $165 each for tyres.went to Jax tyres to get the tyres replaced - after telling them what happened they looked at the light and fixed it immediately by replacing a fuse that had blown which cost me $10.so happy with their service and will definately be going back next year to have my rego check done there.

Fantastic service. Ordered tyre online, they fit it and fixed a puncture I had all within 30-40 mins. Didn’t charge me for the puncture repair either. Top blokes

I went and got my tire repaired here after what seemed like the longest week and they gave me my first win with amazing service that was quick and efficient. I live in Sydney and needed the tire repaired on the day to get back which is exactly what they did. I can’t thank them enough.

Drove to Nowra along the very bumpy Nerriga road and my tyre warning light told me to check the tyre pressure. Checked it and it looked fine to me, but warning light wouldn’t budge. Honda dealer was extremely unhelpful, so I rang Jax, and was able to take it straight in. They checked my tyres immediately, added a tiny bit of air, turned off the warning light and had us on the road in 10 minutes with no charge. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff for looking after us and giving us peace of mind.
