JAX Tyres Narellan

The Tyres fitted were for my wife and she is very impressed with their fast knowledgeable work - I have been getting my tyres fitted elsewhere however with her response I'm going to JAX next time

I have always received wonderful service from Jax tyres at Narellan. The staff are very courteous & they do a great job of looking after my car for me. Very confident that they keep me updated if anything needs repairing & my car is in an excellent roadworthy state at all times.

Had my tyres changed and asked them to check my spare in the boot. The staff looked and me and laughed saying it was the correct spare.

2 weeks later, I get a nail in my tyre and go to put on the spare and what do you know it doesn't fit!

I took my car back to get a whole fixed (which o should've NEVER have gone back to and given them more money. Raised the issue to the receptionist AND manger.

The manger said he would look for a spare and call me back. A week later and still no call back.

So unprofessional and so disrespectful how you treat you clients!

Even you fooled reciews, you fight back like a baby.

Very unhappy with my dealings with JAX Narellan. I visited to get a pinkslip but was advised car needed tyres which wasnt an issue. They offered a complete no name brand for like $100 each and then had a good brand tyre which was over $350 each. I asked whether there was something inbetween was i didnt want a no brand and i didnt want to spend excessive on them. I was advised they had no stock and would be a few days until they could get them in. Sadly i wasnt in the area for the next few days and managed to get some tyres closer to work which was convenient for me at the time. I returned a couple of days later as i had paid for a pinkslip earlier and could be rereviewed to pass for rego. I was advised that they had no time to tick it off (Maybe a 2 minute job at most as everything else was completed) I was advised i would need to come back next week which was approx 5 days from now and they would do it. I feel that they didnt want to do it as i hadnt purchased the tyres from them but they had already taken my money for the pinkslip. They have lost my business.

Fantastic customer service with great explanation of suitable tyres and wheels we needed for our vehicle.
Daniel has always been our go to person for many years with our vehicles including family members.

Rob and Daniel were awesome and offered quick and professional service I was in and out in less that 30mins and they professionally fixed my puncture.

Jax Tyres Narellan have been Excellent in helping me find the correct tyres for my car and their prices were unmatched!
Ask for Emma and she won’t let you down. Good old fashioned service is very hard to find and much appreciated!

Very impressive service. They accidentally broke my rear light, ordered a new one and when I went to have it replaced, did not charge me for a few other services I had requested because of the inconvenience. Thank you Jax, much appreciated!

Good Customer Service Honest & thorough through the whole process Prices are fair but can have better deals to make life more affordable good team but can improve dealing with customers esquires, i do recommend Jax Narellan

I had a very good experience at this shop. They were polite courteous and very helpful. No pushy sales, they were happy to take the time to show me what was needed and work on a plan with me to get my car fixed within my budget and timeline.
Special mention to front counter staff who had to put up with some very rude and impatient customers I witnessed whilst I was waiting, Staff and Manager were very professional.

Robert was great to deal with, ordered in a set of tyres for me, kept me updated on the progress and the car was well looked after. Would definitely recommend and I will be back.

JAX Tyres did something wrong to my front end when I went back to get fixed they said I had to wait in line not happy took it to Bridgestone next door they fix the car and I'm very happy with Bridgestone

Once bitten twice shy.
First experience was about a year ago and I rolled in needing a quick puncture fix. Was told an hour (fair enough I hadn't booked) but when I came back 90 mins later it hadn't been looked at yet. 15 mins later a nearby competitor had it sorted.
Thought I'd give them another go today because I've been told their wheel alignments are spot on (on a positive note workshop appears clean and everyone seems to know what they're doing) but I had a booking, brought forward at their suggestion by half an hour so it was quite disappointing when after an hour of waiting around from the scheduled appointment my car is still outside. Had to sort it elsewhere again.

Fairly disappointing when I asked specifically on times due to my schedule, they make a commitment to deliver, then don't even go close. There's no point having quality work done if it's not done as/when agreed.

Honest people and honest prices they will never try to rip you off. This is the best place I have ever been to I would recommend it to anybody
