Though unfortunately their protocols let this branch down in the beginning.
There was some deception, after asking Jax to put on four new rotors on my vehicle, though only received 2 new and 2 machined rotors on the front.

It wasn't until I approached the owner as to what was going on.
He was able to rectify that issue very quickly and I appreciate it.

But then two weeks after the brake package were placed on my vehicle. There became other issues squeaking (only the brake pads cutting in) no issue after that was explained.
The second issue was clicking when you put your foot on the brake.

The problem of clicking was blamed on suspension until I got a second opinion. And the second opinion confirmed that it was the brake package causing the clicking.
I was able to enlighten Jax as to how to fix the issue which was fixed immediately.

I won't be returning back to this branch of Jax Tyre & Auto for any further work on my vehicle.

I'm not going to say I wouldn't recommend this branch as that would be unfair.

Problems with tyre wear and previous wheel alignment at another shop with no explanation sorted by jax in no time at all. Excellent service from knowledgeable team.

5 star service from jax tyre Narellan after I ordered the wrong tyre they were quick to communicate with me then went and ordered me the right one that was delivered and fitted on the same day. Can’t say enough for this business.

Had my car in for a service, tyres, pink slip and wheel alignment which was all done promptly and ready to go within a couple hrs. Highly recommend and friendly people to deal with.

The whole team at Jaxs Narellan are very helpful and nothing is a problem, they conduct the work in a professional manner and the customer service is amazing very friendly i highly recommend there service.

Ordered tyres were delivered to the Narellan shop on time as promised. Helpful and knowledgeable young blokes on the job who unprompted identified a small issue to be fixed. Workshop and waiting area clean and comfortable. Price bit lower than expected.

As a first time customer I was impressed by the quality of service from my first point of contact (front desk) through to the operations manager. I had pointed out that I had 40 years of reliable service from a workshop in Panania prior to downsizing to Cobbitty. It looks like I have found a new one.

The staff member I delt with went above and beyond. She was most helpful and gave fantastic customer service. Very well done and a credit to her big time. Thankyou.

They were able to fit me in without an appointment after I picked up a nail in my tyre, they were exceptionally busy on that day, cars and customers everywhere and flowing through continuously.

Took my car there for new tyres. Now it does the best power-skids and my neighbours love me even more! Poor Bridgestone- These guys came into town and took 60% of their work.

The Tyres fitted were for my wife and she is very impressed with their fast knowledgeable work - I have been getting my tyres fitted elsewhere however with her response I'm going to JAX next time

I had a major problem with my car the mechanics were very informative gave me options and together we decided the best course to take.

Had a pleasant encounter with the Jax tyres staff; they were helpful and knowledgeable in all respects and didn't take long despite the queue!

Back for round 2 of my vehicle servicing and still my favourite service centre. Lovely people with a solid respect and knowledge regarding my sometimes quirky requests!

My main gripe is that the dark grey wheels were scratched around the perimeter and had paint chips around the centre cap. Plus a scratch around a wheel nut socket.
Their staff need a lesson in care for customer property.
