If I could give these guys 6/5 stars, I would.
Been going there a few times now, and the service is second to none. Very happy customer! A gentleman called Kieran initially served me, he even went to pick up a set of specific tyres I wanted for my Ranger from another store (he could have just said "we dont have those in stock, but didnt) and did the install and alignment himself.
Their pricing was very competitive.

Would rather trust my car with a bunch of monkeys than have these clowns work on it again, installation was unsafe and permanently ruined one of the tyres I just paid $200 each for. Tried to call and asked them to fix the issue and they completely denied responsibility when they advised the car was safe to drive. Will be contacting Fair Trading about this.

Amazing service. I called them 25 min before the close with a bolt protruding from my tyre. They waited for me. The boys were ready to go with their bags on their shoulders. They took my car in, fixed the flat tyre, checked all other tyres and only charged me their normal min price, I think ot was $30-35 if I remember correctly. I asked them to charge me $50 for staying back for me, and having to pay extra wages. They refused and asked me to visit them back if I were happy with their service. Guys, please support this business, they make you feel at home. One business to trust.

First time getting my tyres changed here and did it all online. Super easy and super fast when I got there. No problems.

I've encountered lots of tyre shops in Australia. However JAX at Liverpool is the best so far.
That is worth 5 stars.

Usually get my tyres done here, but recently tried them out for some work on a drive shaft replacement. They did a great job and price was very reasonable. They also checked and cleared the code for my check engine light without me asking which was awesome!

Review is only about their poor location with limited to no onsite parking and unreasonable waiting period (2-3 hrs). A remedy to counter this issue would be to implement an effective booking system as I am sure management is well aware of this KEY weakness the business has. Do recommend if you have all the patience and time in the world.

Rang around different shops to get a quote and these guys were the cheapest in the area. Highly recommended.

Been going to Jax for ages for my tyres and steering / wheel alignments as they've always been spot on.
Went in this morning to have a puncture repaired, not only do they do it the proper way by removing the tyre and patching the inside, they also take a lot of care with your vehicle and treat it like it was their own. Like always, the staff member this morning was super careful when manoeuvring the car around the carpark and as well as entering and leaving the shop - this was much appreciated as the car is quite low. The finished product was flawless, not a mark on the wheel or where the nuts are and even the lock nut key was returned back exactly where it was stored under the false floor of the boot.
Well presented employees, clean work shop, professional and awesome customer service - what more can you ask for?

Great friendly staff with great prices. Tyres were changed quickly and there is a comfortable waiting room with coffee where you can see your car getting worked on.

Best service in 2020! They checked our honda euro front tyre for 20 mins they couldnot find any holes
They replaced the valve n reinstalling the front tyre for us.
The cost was FREE! We definitely will be back for any new tyres in the near future

Friendly and honest blokes. Went in thinking I had a puncture on one of my tyres. They did a thorough check and told me that it was just the cork that had to be replaced. I would've paid for the labour but they told me it was free of charge.
Will return again next time.
