Great place for quality tyres. Glenn and Kieran are always very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

These have absolutely rubbish mechanics. They are looters, go to them for pink slip and they might say you that change your car as they will pick up as many defects as you can ever imagine. Will never recommend anyone to go to these looters.

Fixed the issue with the wheel alignment on my car that nobody else had been able to fix in years. No shonky upselling just fixed it for less money than other places had charged that couldn't actually fix it.

Bad experience over charged i received a call telling me about my price $700 and more for service and breaks but after the job was finished I was charged $900 and more at Liverpool passefield Street. Breaks issues not fix properly.

Came in for a flat tyre and a bit of surface rust on my hub bolts as I have open lug nuts on my i30 with Enkeis. Was a bit worried about the rust and they reassured me that it was just surface rust and proceded to fix the flat and clean all of the hub bolts on the car and only charged me for the flat. Very honest and great people and thanks to Glenn and the sales team for their honesty.

This Jax tyres’ service dodgy and unprofessional, one of the mechanics while doing my service left something unattached and my car was shaking and was taken to Lexus dealer, to get it fixed. The owner or the boss said we did not do it it opens itself, and said even it is open not dangerous he said which is seriously dangerous. I will say do not go there please, rude cold people.

The mechs are alright, doing a good job but those 2 behind the counter who called themselves managers/supervisors are irritating, arrogant, and not friendly at all. There are far better shops around them.

Went in for an alignment. Bloke at the front desk was real accommodating and friendly. While repositioning my car one of the workers drove too far forward and hit the kerb, cracking and gauging a section of my front STI lip. (Would've been good if the worker owed up to it or brought it to my attention after that happened. Only reason I knew about it was because I was sitting outside and witnessed it happen. The crunch was very audible from the front door where I was sitting, so I'm sure the worker would've felt and heard it himself too).
Alignment itself was good.
Massive props to Kieran, who I spoke to about the issue, and handled the situation expertly. He saw the damage and was very understanding and took full accountability for the lip. He ordered in a genuine replacement part, collected it and installed it himself all in a very timely manner while keeping me updated throughout this process. Definitely changed my initial experience and opinion on jax tyres liverpool. With the peace of mind that I'd be treated professionally and fairly, I'll be glad to bring any of my future vehicle projects to them.

They didnt have stock of my rear tyres so they fitted/alligned my front tyres only for $355 in total. (Took just under 2 hours) I then had to take my car to a second place (nutech) for the rear tyres, this was annoying enough, but when I found out nutech was charging $298 for the rear tyres for $298 I cant help but feel I paid more then what I needed to at Jaxx. Especially seeing as Jax were stating the rear tyres are more espensive. Ive walked away thinking ive overpaid. Not a good feeling at all.

Went to get the tyre puncture repair done. The staff showed the damage to the tyre and explained why it is unsuitable. Bought a new tyre and pricing was very reasonable. Certainly found them to be very honest compared to some places I have been.

Professional, excellent service, good selection of products and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The mechanic in store is not experienced enough to work on cars, he destroyed brakes on my Prado, cost me over $1000 to get it fixed somewhere else.

Put new BridgeStone Ecopia tyres on my Aurion on store's recommendation and they are noisy as hell, when i visited the store and informed them they made me do wheel alignment again ofcourse charged me again, more than 10,000 kms and the noise is still there, anyone that sits in my car complains about tyre noise.

They don't even listen to your complains i swear i was told take your keys and leave if you are not happy.

A bit more expensive than others. For changing a tyre, wheel alignment and patching a spare tyre they took two hours and $280, which is not cheap. My regular workshop sells a tyre for $35 which runs just fine. I had a feeling that they pushed expensive choices for me. Not happy.

Took my 2004 XR8 Falcon there to balance my wheels after having them balanced at a huge shop hearby. Found the wheels out of balance and the vibrations i had are now alot less noticeable and the car is now so much nicer to drive. These guys were honest with me and took on board everything i asked, i know im fussy but i like things done right and that you did. Thank you. Im only sorry i didnt come to you guys first. If i could give you more than 5 stars i would. I really appreciate mechanics who work to get things right and dont give me the old excuse that its an old car thats how they are.

Community be aware, This business supports Used car dealerships with fake inspection reports for a side profit, My partner purchased a vehicle from a Best Buy Autos in Campbelltown according to the salesman Alan he arranged a blue slip inspection on our vehicle and put rego on the vehicle prior to my partner collecting the car.

My partner picked up the vehicle and was assured it was roadworthy, within 1 week we noticed oil on our driveway, we took the car to our mechanic and our only means of transport was defected for bold tyres amongst other serious roadworthy issues, Thankfully via the RMS, my partner was able to track down your business as the mechanics who issued the dealership a inspection report for our unroadworthy car.

Our concern is there is no way our car could of possibly passed a roadworthy inspection if your business legitimately inspected the vehicle.

How could a member of your so called qualified team of mechanics miss so many unroadworthy issues with the vehicle that could potentially put our family including the community at risk of serious harm shame on you for putting profits before people.

We have 2 disabled children, we rely on your honest judgement when inspecting a vehicle, we are now without a car and struggle to attend medical appointment for our children.

We spent $$$$ on a vehicle and we trusted the mechanics will honestly advise dealerships if a car is not roadworthy it is obvious to my family that your business has a side conflict of interest with this dealership.

Great communication, Great service, exceeded my expectations, if it wasn't for their marketing on Facebook I would have missed out on the Pirelli Easter sale. Highly recommended!
