Had a puncture. Another tyre dealer had told me that it couldn't be fixed, and surprise, they couldn't order that particular tyre, so I would have to buy two new ones.
Went for a second opinion here. I had forgotten that they were there as there isn't a lot of signage, and are hidden behind the Bunnings.
Young guy on the counter said he would take a look and confirmed that he could easily repair. Offered to re-install back onto the car and stow the 'space-saver spare'.
I was impressed to see that they used a torque wrench to perform the final wheel nut tightening.
Great service from a professional outfit, at a reasonable price.

Steve and the guys were fantastic. They talked me through replacing brake pads and discs on my VF SSV Commodore, including upgrading to slotted discs. They also showed me why a repair I thought I needed, based on advice of another mechanic, was not needed and that id be wasting my money. They made me feel valued and provided me with comfort knowing that they would look after me and my car. Best Service I have had on my car since owing it. Will definitely be going back there for other things when needed.

My first time experience with Jax Tires & I was not disappointed what so ever. The service and customer service they provide was phenomenal and I felt very welcomed and educated when I don't know much about cars let alone tires myself. I got a tire ordered for an urgent tire replacement this morning, arrived in the arvo and got it replaced, diagnosed and added air in my tires for a very good and affordable price. I definitely will be coming back here again. Best service I have ever had. 10/10.

Steve and his team are top blokes. Booked our car in for just the logbook service but they catered to my additional requests without extra charge. Car drives a lot better which even the missus noticed.

The team are so friendly and helped me out quickly when I had two flat tyres. Plus they were replaced in 30 mins. I’ll be going back!

Called and visited them for a punctured tyre. Efficient service. Chris was kind, accommodating and patient in responding to questions.

Not very keen to help find stock, or advise delivery, obviously not after sales or customer service… perhaps they don’t need need it… i would recommend trying somewhere else…

Marsden Park Jax is excellent. Good price, great car service and everyone is so nice.

My one complaint is that it can be hard to get a spot. Sounds picky but when you’re trying to pick up your car it can be tough waiting around for help. I feel like they could really use a solid CRM!
