We used Ivy a few months ago as part of our insurance claim for water damage. They did have a couple of goes at fixing leaks without success. Michael Robson was efficient, responsive and continued to assess the problems we had. He did a thorough assessment and review of the scope of works and explained in detail what was to be done to rectify problem. Which it was and we are very happy with their work. Michael was really great during this process. Have already recommended Ivy and will continue to do so.

Recently had my shed and pergola re sheeted by the Ivy team.
I found them to be very honest and profesional in all our dealings with them.
The job was done quickly and effeciently with little to no disruption. The old shed had aspestos sheeting which the Ivy team co-ordinated to be removed and re-sheeted with new metal sheeting same day. All materials etc cleaned up and gone same day highly reccomend this company.

Thank you to Brent and his team for doing a great Job on our total roof renovations. We had an ageing, very large, complex, steep federation design period roof with Turrets, Dormers, and many other challenging features. There was a variety of repairs that were need. Ivy Contractors handled all the technical issues skilfully and without short-cuts, which ensured the longevity of the roof repairs. I found Brent and his team professional, committed to finishing the job and extremely reasonable. He is an exceedingly amiable and helpful businessman. As an Architect I would recommend them in particular as I had them work on my own home.

Michael Robson attended first and said the leak was just leaves and he had fixed it which was rubbish as it leaked unchanged the following day He was also very blunt and made it very clear that he was doing me a great favour if he turned up and I should be very grateful. He cancelled the first appt the night before after waiting weeks.he did however have a very good reason that he had more important jobs to do, He also had no idea when he would get back to me. 3 weeks later I was then told he was coming in the morning even though no time or appt had been organised. It was confirmed with the company that he would be calling in the morning. I had to go to a great deal of trouble to reorganise my appts for the following day at short notice in order to be available. Then I received a call from Michael telling me that NO! He was coming in the morning but next Thursday. I explained that I COULD do MON, TUES, WED, FRI, but not Thursday he said sorry Mate its Thursday or not at all. Basically take or leave it. So if you feel this is great customer service THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! And make sure you ask for Michael Robson.
