Purchased a subscription for Reader's Digest Magazine on May 24th. I haven't received the magazines yet. It is almost one and half month waiting. Lot of e-mails, investigations still no luck.

Brilliant customer service came to the rescue, They sorted out the matter in a very short time.

Having purchased a subscription as a gift and then realising that I had made an error, I contacted isubscribe customer service to see if they could help. Jade was my consultant and was very understanding and had a solution to my problem quickly and easily. Once she had confirmed the changes with the publishers, she emailed within a few hours to notify me of the outcome. Great customer service!

I ordered a subscription for the Britain series on 11 November, specifying a Christmas delivery. It is now the first week of February, and I still haven't received a single issue. Despite numerous emails to the Customer Service Manager, isubscribe has not agreed to a refund. Please consider again before using isubscribe.

Received first few copies of magazine however latest copy did not arrive. Phoned iSubscribe and they were going to get back to me. Still waiting and have now given up so will purchase a copy from a retail outlet. Disappointing service, not good enough.

Very disappointed with this service.

Ordered a magazine subscription for a friend who did me a favour and it will be taking a little over 6 weeks to arrive how embarrassing.

I called up and there is little to no care about the delivery time on there end, its like tough luck its the publishers fault.

I have used another company for magazine subscription and they were very good arrived within 2 weeks!

Beware and make sure you look at delivery time as it is not very visible ETA can take between 4-6weeks

Super Disappointed and so embarrassed.

I sent an email to update on my new home address. I got a prompt response from Michelle Morrison. She made the changes immediately and assured me that magazines would be delivered to my new home address. I am very impressed by the courteous and prompt response from Michelle Morrison.

Good value, easy to install and works well however the colour is dull and not as enjoyable to view as the subscriptions I have directly with several other magazines. My subscription is for a digital decorating magazine so for me the colour is important. I contacted i Subscribe and they said I would have to contact Zinio who is the supplier. I did try and it was not easy so gave up.
