Absolute scam website. Agree with other poor reviews. Magazines never arrive and they don’t help you, but offer some piss poor excuse. Don’t waste your money.

Needed to swap out a magazine subscription and the customer service was epic. Extremely efficient, I felt like I was being annoying but nothing was a problem and things were remedied instantly and painlessly. Fab to deal with, thanks again, will return!

Subscriptions didn’t come on time but was greeted with a lovely lady on the phone and they helped me with the subscription and all was fixed! Lovely service!

I ordered magazine for my daughters birthday in January, 2022, she has o ly received 2 copies, both the same! Isubscribe blame Oz post, very sad poor service e.also they keep emailing me to order more magazines, got to be kidding, very, very disappointed.

I purchased a 6 month subscription of STRONG magazine through isubscribe 4 months ago and am yet to see a copy. No response to my email. Emailed STRONG magazine directly as requested who said they had no record of my email address and were extremely unhelpful. What a rip off, very disappointing.do not waste your time or money.

I received an isubscribe subscription to a finance magazine from my wife as a gift about two years ago and am yet to see an issue. Have contacted isubscribe several times over the last 18 months and still nothing.
After giving what I believe is plenty of time to sort this out, I have now given up and said goodbye to the better part of $100. Don’t bother with this service.

I paid for a subscription in December 2021 and as of March 2022 nothing has shown up.
I have called and complained and the company promised to get back to me by the end of the week, well that was two weeks ago and still nothing. I DO NOT recommend this service.

A Scamming Company! Don't buy any products from this company as I have bought two mugs from this company on 8th of October 2021 and today is 9th of December 2021. Which is almost 2 months and never received the product. I called them three times, and once I have been told that they will contact the product company and will get back to me with the details. It's been more than few weeks and I haven't received a call back. I tried calling them today and couldn't reach. I would highly suggest not to buy any products from this company!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering with I subscribe. I’ve been waiting on an order for more than six weeks. I’ve been trying to call them this morning but the phone just rings out. I don’t even have the option of leaving a message on my contact details for them to call me back. They take your money quite easily. However the customer service is absolutely appalling. I will never use them again. I now understand why Qantas points drop them because they’re scamming company.

Terrible. Nearly 4 months later, still nothing sent of the 12 mth magazine subscription I purchased for someone as a gift. Unreliable, something is crooked with the delivery process. Even after several calls, no resolution. They keep telling you to wait.

Rip offs. Magazines not sent, they don't return calls or answer their phone, and the magazines they sell do the same. Will be taking this further.

The isubscribe website is is super easy way to subscribe to magazines for yourself or as a gift.
We recently doubled up a subscription (one through the publisher) and I contacted isubscribe - they kindly sorted it all out and rolled both subscriptions into the one for us. Great service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I purchased a 12 month National Geographic subscription back in November 2020 as a gift, and the recipient is yet to receive even one issue, now in late March 2021. Feels like a scam. Please avoid and save your hard earned dollars.

Ive used isubscribe for over 8 years now.my sub's always arrive on time and the people Ive purchased for love the mags they receive. Its a great service and I highly recommend it.

Outrageous mark up! Be careful! In looking for an online subscription to Vanity Fair, I found isubscribe. I paid $14.36 for one edition. The confirmation email from isubscribe redirected me to Zinio for access to my subscription. Zinio describes itself as the "world's largest newsstand. " Their price for Vanity Fair was $7.88! Does isubscribe think most people won't notice this? ! What a rip off! I don't mind a fair mark up, but this is almost a scam. All isubscribe did was refer me to the actual content provider. I have no idea how mark ups on other titles might pan out, but my advice would be go straight to Zinio. Isubscribe is basically an over-priced commission agent.

Now the magazines have gone out of business and won't continue to be published, enquired about a refund/option to transfer to another magazine, NO reply AGAIN. SERIOUSLY DON'T BOTHER. Waste of money and time.

I am a long term subscriber to Simply Crochet Magazine and normally i have no issues however this year, I have had lots of postal issues most likely due to covid. Each time i have emailed a representative with my concerns, I have received excellent customer service and have been remunerated appropriately by the magazine editors. The only negative is sometimes having to wait a week to hear back with a response, but other than that i am extremely happy with this service. Thank you

I ordered a magazine in January, no issue has been received. I let it go for a while as it was from the UK. After a while, I contacted isubscribe, no response. I have left voice mails, no reply. Emails are now not being answered and to top it off, the magazine I ordered is no longer going to print it. All I want is a credit on my account or acknowledgement of my issue.
