Pete Russell and his team recently sold a house for us at auction. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the market and offered practical and insightful advice which had a really positive affect on the outcome. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I rang these clowns regarding a commercial property on 5/12/2020, l. Met Kerrin at the property on the 6/12/2020. After an inspection I said I'll take it send me the application as you have my details on file because I've rented through your company before. A week later no form so I rang Kerrin who had no idea who I was. I gave her my e-mail address & the form was sent through filled out & sent back on the same day. I was promised 2 weeks free rent & move in date was before Christmas. On the 9th of January 2021 I went over Kerrins head & tried to get in contact with Peter but got his assistant who was helpful. The next email I got was no free rent you move on tomorrow. Then they slandered me on social media for not paying a bond. I had not even received the contract & they expected money up front. Very rude & unprofessional company to deal with. Still to this day I haven't received a call from the owner explaining why his staff are useless. There is your proof right there that the fish rots from the head down. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GRUBS.

Your reply is a total lie. I had the money for bond & rent but you clowns still had not given me a contract. As for the owner I rang him & he was fine for me to move in.

The agent Mitchell was by far the most accommodating agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond to meet us at a time and a place that suited us. He was also very knowledgeable about the house itself.

These people are cunning and not professional at all. The agent managing my property somehow made themselves a point of contact with my insurance company without my permission. By all means list your property with this company at your own risk. No intergrity at all. All the best to who ever has business with this company. They are dodgy and manipulative. They dont care for you.their agenda is to make the most money out of you as they can.

I feel really bad about ringing the builder. So many things have gone wrong. I get tired of it. I never expected this with a brand new place.

Initially there was no correspondence from Integrity after we purchased. I had to get the builders no.myself.
Pretty sure the owner of Integrity is close friends with the builder.
As a consumer, you feel on the back foot.
