Went and looked at a home through integrity. On inspection the realestator Chris Jennings, decided to say in front of another renter “u owe us money I’ve been told to tell you” he didn’t pull me aside and wasn’t professional about it. I was embarrassed about something I didn’t know about. I didn’t have any follow up email or calls about this $90 I owe from 3 years ago. So if someone actually wants to be a professional and email their account details so I can pay it and maybe in future teach the staff not to discuss those topics in front of other people. I won’t bother looking for any more places through this company. Plenty of other professional realestates out there

Nicole and the team at Integrity Real Estate were superb, guiding us through the process of buying our first home. Prompt phone calls and follow up at all times, and flexibility with meeting for inspections etc. I'd absolutely recommend Integrity for anyone looking at buying their home.

We have unfortunately purchased property though this realestate. I would not recommend using this realestate at all. Our first attempt to purchase property through them came to a stop when the contract had a 6 month settlement so we were not willing to sign on a contract that stated such a thing. We attempted to get that changed to a more reasonable time frame but the vendor was unwilling to change from a 6 month settlement. We are also out of pocket from building & pest inspections as well as our solicitor fees. Due to this happening they attempted to help us by showing us another property that we did end up purchasing but not without its drama. We placed an offer on this house and were pushed to go beyond what is comfortable for us. We had asked for special conditions to be placed on the offer for this reason. A.an early as possible settlement. B.early access after exchange at no additional cost. We knew this was possible because the house we had just sold had a 2 week settlement with early access at no additional cost to the buyer. The offer was accepted however it took our solicitor two weeks to even get the contract for exchange from the vendors solicitor. The contract had nothing about our conditions in it. Our solicitor had managed to get the contract changed to a 28 day settlement and we thought we better sign it due to the time it takes to get anything changed. Our solicitor did however send a request of early access which she followed up for a further 2 weeks with no response.
So hence why I would not recommend dealing with this realestate, there is a lack of communication between vendor and buyer so you can't trust anything and it only ends up costing you more.
