Integrated Combat Centre

As a doctor and a physiotherapist this is a great place for anyone looking to learn self defence as well as developing strength, agility, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. ICC is a friendly, family oriented gym without any over-inflated egos, they cater for a variety of martial arts across all ages and skill levels from beginner to competition. My wife, 3 children and I all train here and you should too:)

ICC is such a fantastic martial arts centre. It provides the kids with such a caring environment and a place where they feel truly excepted no matter what their ability. My eldest son is autistic and the instructors have all
gone out of their way to help him and make him feel included. They also have a wide variety of different classes and for all ages. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone that wants to give martial arts a go.

ICC has been a wonderful place for my child to learn and develop skills in jujitsu while in a safe environment. The instructors are brilliant and make learning fun and exciting for the children while instilling the importance of the art and using the techniques correctly. We have and will continue to enjoy being apart of ICC community.

My experience with these people has been nothing short of brilliant. There is a high quality of training provided by dedicated instructors who provide the support needed to excel in your martial arts journey. I would recommend giving this place a try, and guarantee you wont regret it

ICC is a great facility with great instructors. I take my son there and all the instructors are great with the kids. As for myself jui jitsu has been an eye opener with the members and instructors @icc being very friendly and supportive.

I normally don't give reviews but my experience at ICC has been exceptional. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of doing self defence classes or anyone wanting to learn BJJ to come down and give ICC a shot. David and Steven are highly skilled and do a great job of taking the time to teach all their students the most intricate detail of every move they learn.

Excellent gym where as a beginner I felt taken under the wing of the more experienced members. Instructors are patient and teach in a way that is easy to understand and well structured, no judgements in this place just a great group of people willing to take the time to help you out while learning a new sport.

Great team, awesome students. Made some good mates. Love the team feel. People take care of each other but we push eachother also. Couldnt recommend more!
