Signing up our son and one of our daughters was the best decision we made. Being part of the ICC family has brought out confidence, strength and new skills in our kids. Couldn't recommend Mario & Anne Marie more- the best and most equipped trainers for kids. Looking forward to signing up the rest of our kids also.

My 16 year old son loves the Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing offered at ICC. The instructors are strict but patient and caring and make learning fun.

I wanted my girls to learn self defense; build their confidence, friendship as well discipline. Also to have fun and respect the kickboxing as a sport.
As a parent, I was worried for Leah if she will adapt well. The instructors are very professional, warm welcoming and friendly. Mario has a great teaching style tailored for kids with a sense of humour and always make the class interesting and make the kids laugh and participate in the lesson, included my wife. Ann-Maree is calm and always here to help the kids to catch up/follow tge class.
Leah time to time practices what she learns on me. I can say she has a powerful round kick and her punch too. Compared from the before and after. Mario and Ann-Maree always have an ear for Leah's concern. Mario and Ann-Maree always give you a positive energy, make you feel a part of the ICC family and also a great patience towards kids. Me as a parent, to be honest i do have patience but limited but they; is another great level of patience. My wife told me that Leah wants to be the first student to go to the dojo so that she can talk to Mario and Ann-Maree (have them for herself and also to help Mario or Amaree. She always look forward for a star or a stripe. She is very competitive girl, I can see her progress (1st day till now) still has a lot to learn such as it is okay to lose. My 2nd daughter time to time practice kickboxing at home.
The dojo is very tidy & clean. I strongly recommend Ingetrated Combat Centre for the whole family to join and be part of ICC Family.

High level, high standard Gym, Two competition black belts and regular visiting black belts that encourage competition, but have absolutely no expectation to compete, I joined this gym as a hobbyist bjj practitioner with little experience and no fitness, just being apart of this team has helped me not only inside but also outside of the gym. If you're a bit of a degenerate looking for a mentor or guidance in aspects of life like me, I strongly encourage you to join ICC, the instructors not only train you in martial arts but go the extra mile with information and guidance on meal prep, strength and conditioning, weight training, mental conditioning and so much more. Being apart of this team has helped me better myself inside and outside of martial arts. I have slowly but surely brought myself to a higher standard in life and ICC is a huge part of this.

Mario is awesome

Absolutely amazing martial arts school! I was impressed on the first day when I saw Mario and Anne Marie teaching the kids! Mario incorporates humour and personal stories that the kids can learn from. They are strict, imparting discipline but they also have lots of fun. Leon has been going there for 4 years now and being a 9 year old it has taught him so many life skills. Leon had the opportunity to do leadership training there as well and as a mother and also teacher, I cannot be more proud of him if the skills he gained. He now also helps out when teaching the smaller kids. Amongst that group is now his little brother Indigo who also can’t get enough of the training sessions. They go 3 times per week and at times 4 and every time they come out of training, they are energised and so happy with the new tricks they learnt. There is no better place then ICC! Sandra

It’s the best martial arts centre I have came across. My two boys love going to karate/kickboxing class, Sensei Mario makes the lesson fun and interesting and he is very good with kids. Love the experience!

I have been bringing my daughter for BJJ classes here for a year and a half and she loves it! Coach Mario and Aiden are great with the kids and ICC were very understanding and accommodating through lockdowns. I would definitely recommend ICC, it's like a big family.

Learning martial arts at ICC was one of the best choice I have ever made. As you step into the centre, the atmosphere really makes you want improve on yourself. Once you get to know your instructors and peers, this is what makes ICC great. The community is super welcoming and makes you feel like you're part of one great big family. This makes learning so much fun and I have already learnt so much with my time at ICC. I highly recommend ICC to anyone wanting to learn martial arts.

ICC is The BEST martial arts centre is Amazing!
My two boys love Muay Thai when they start in kickboxing class at ICC they LOVE it. Is prove the skills and excited every times to learn.really helping with their confidence.

One of the friendliest martial arts venues I've been to across Sydney. David Tong, Steven Tong and their staff are professional, knowledgeable and catering to pretty much all demographics.
I trained Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu here for 5 months straight in 2019 right after ankle reconstruction while living with my deteriorating but dear grandmother in the nearby suburb.
The students are welcoming, focused and seem to enjoy each others company.
I'm looking forward to training at ICC again for an extended period in the near future. Highly recommended, especially for those starting out. Edd
